Greg joined UBS in November of 2004 after a 24 year career at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1980, Greg graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Washington University. Additionally, he also completed his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington in 1980. Greg is actively involved in the community and his church, and resides in Medina, WA with his wife. They have three children. In addition to spending time with his family, Greg enjoys tennis, snow skiing, and music.

Adam started his career at Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, later joining UBS and holding different positions at the firm throughout the West Coast. He spent time with the firm's municipal bond trading desk during the heart of the "Credit Crisis," and was a resource at the firm's "Regional Consulting Center," with the task of helping financial advisors better serve clientele. The bulk of his efforts are focused on selectively working with clients to grow, preserve and distribute wealth. In acknowledgement for his accomplishments, Adam was recognized by the firm through an inaugural class of "20 Under 40."
Adam lives near downtown Kirkland with his wife and two boys. Outside of the office Adam enjoys both hosting family and friends and working in his yard and on his home.

Lynne began her career over 30 years ago with a small northwest boutique securities firm; and over the years has provided support and assistance to financial advisors and their clients at both Merrill Lynch and UBS. Since 2004, she has played an integral role with the Hastings Skagen Wealth Management team. Family activities include travel, restaurant patronage, and hiking.
