Craig Vandegrift has spent more than 30 years partnering with financial advisors and clients to build, grow, and preserve wealth through a thoughtful, holistic approach tailored to each client’s unique goals. His career spans roles at American Express, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and UBS, where he spent 19 years in senior leadership overseeing financial advisors and supporting complex client relationships.

After years of leading and coaching advisors, Craig has returned to private practice, bringing his extensive experience directly to clients once again. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Dayton and is a graduate of the Wharton Executive Business Program.

Based in Houston, Texas, Craig is deeply committed to family and community. He serves on the board of The Francis Ward Paine Foundation and is an active supporter of Susan G. Komen, where he was recognized as a VIPink Ambassador. He lives with his wife Molly, their three children—Madeleine, Emmett, and Elizabeth—and their Labradoodle, Charlotte.

Brian’s journey with UBS began in 2024. In his role, Brian supports the team with a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. Prior to joining UBS, Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Management from the University of Houston-Victoria. He worked in the power and chemical industry across Victoria and San Antonio, Texas before taking on a sales role with Dell Technologies in Austin, Texas.  Brian is a proud father to his young fraternal twins, Sloan and Sawyer, and husband to his wife, Keaton. Outside of work and family life, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
