Financial Advisor
Tim Gray manages investments for high net-worth individuals as VP of The Gray Group at UBS, a decades-old family wealth management practice in Central MA. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Tim left the area in 1987 but then returned in 2007 to join The Gray Group practice and to raise his own family in the same city where he grew up. He originally left New England to attend Pomona College in Claremont California, where he received his undergraduate degree in 1991. During this 20-year period out west, he also received two graduate degrees, including a M.A. in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
Professionally, Tim spent 15 years as a quantitative market research executive, primarily in the mass media and new media spaces. During this time, he worked for major global television, advertising, and public relations agencies, including the National Broadcasting Company (NBC), and Omnicom, a leading global advertising and marketing communications services company. He also directed consumer research activities for a successful San Francisco start-up that was eventually acquired by Nielsen Media Research.
Tim volunteers for several organizations in the area, serving as Clerk and Board Vice-Chair of the Ecotarium museum of science and nature. He is immediate Past-President and current member of the Executive Committee of the Worcester Economic Club, which was incepted in 1903. In the recent past he has served as President of the New England Alumni Chapter for the Haas School of Business and as President of the Worcester Tennis Club. He has also served on the Alumni Awards Committee for his high-school alma mater (Bancroft School) and on volunteer committees for the Mohegan Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Worcester Family Health Center and the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Venture Forum.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
As the longest-tenured member of The Gray Group at UBS, Bob manages a select number of intergenerational relationships. He formulates a course of action and helps clients pass on their wealth to succeeding gnerations, becoming a trusted advisor to their children and grandchildren.
Bob began his career in financial services 50 years ago at Kinsley & Adams in Worcester. A graduate of Assumption College with a degree in History and Economics, he has continuted his education in financial and legacy planning to better serve the individuals and chartitable institutions with whom he has built long-term relationships.
Bob focuses his volunteer efforts on several community organizations, among them the Boy Scouts Mohegan Council. He has served on the Board of Trustees for Assumption College for more than a decade.

Client Associate
Thaddeus Niemiec joined The Gray Group in 2022 and serves as the team's Client Service Associate. He graduated from Ryan School of Business at Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management with a core focus in Chinese.
As the team's Client Service Associate, Thad's focus lies in simplifying the lives of clients using his resourcefulness and superior problem-solving skills. He strives to help clients recognize the full value of UBS's resources and finds great reward in strengthening relationships. Thad also holds his series 7, series 66, series 9, and series 10 securities licenses. He also earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™, designation from The College for Financial Planning®.
Thad currently resides in Framingham, Massachusetts. He has a passion for cooking, hiking, fishing, and traveling abroad.
