After earning his degree in finance and accounting, Marco began his career at Bath Iron Works’ management program, working in both material procurement and systems vendor subcontracts. He later returned home to help manage his parents’ highly successful family-owned restaurant. These early roles instilled in him a strong work ethic, customer-first mindset, and the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable solutions - skills that have become the foundation of his wealth management business.

Outside of UBS, Marco serves on the Board of Trustees at Cheverus High School, where he also chairs the Endowment’s Investment Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.  When he’s not advising clients or serving his community, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, at the hockey rink, playing pickleball, cooking a great authentic Italian meal or spending time with his wife and their three adult children.

Tyler’s journey into investing began at just 12 years old, when his father helped him purchase stock in a computer company with money he had saved. That early experience sparked a lifelong interest in finance—one that evolved into a true passion during a college course on investing and financial planning. It was a pivotal moment that made clear to Tyler that his purpose was to help others achieve their own financial success.

Tyler began his career at Wells Fargo Advisors and joined UBS in 2015. Today, he provides personalized financial guidance to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses, with a focus on investing, holistic financial planning, and business succession strategies. He believes that true success lies in customization—designing wealth strategies that reflect each client’s unique goals, values, and life circumstances.

With years of experience, Tyler has developed a keen ability to spot blind spots in existing plans and address them proactively. His approach is grounded in deep client relationships, strategic thinking, and a commitment to helping clients build, preserve, and transition wealth effectively.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College. He is actively involved in his community, serving as an at-large committee member and past board member of the Maine Historical Society, as well as President of the Mt. Blue Alumni Association.

He lives in Yarmouth with his wife, Katie, and their three children. Outside of work, the family enjoys skiing, boating, hiking, and making the most of Maine’s rich outdoor and cultural offerings.

Carl’s deep interest in finance was sparked early, growing up in a family where business and investing were everyday conversations. His entrepreneurial father introduced him to the fundamentals of ownership, instilling a lifelong understanding of how equity and smart planning can build lasting wealth. That foundation drives Carl’s approach today: empowering clients with clarity, confidence, and a long-term perspective.

Working closely with clients and their other trusted professionals — including attorneys, accountants, and family members — Carl helps craft integrated financial plans that evolve with life. Outside the office, you’ll find him skiing, cycling, or exploring the Maine outdoors with his family.

Conor brings a client-focused approach to his work at UBS, where he takes pride in helping them pursue their financial goals and plan effectively for the future. His deep commitment to his business is further evidenced by his attainment of both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ® certifications.  

Before joining UBS in 2019, Conor gained valuable experience from his time at Bank of America and TD Bank. He built a strong foundation for his career at Boston College, where he earned a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics. This educational background, combined with his prior professional roles, fostered Conor’s passion for serving others through the financial services industry.

Melissa is a Client Associate with over two decades of experience in financial services and customer service. She began her career with American Express Financial Advisors shortly after earning her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. Following a move to Colorado, she worked as a guest services agent at a luxury wellness and fitness spa before returning to Maine to join Key Private Bank as a Relationship Associate.

In 2015, Melissa brought her experience to UBS, where she continues to provide attentive, personalized service. Her focus is account opening and client onboarding, guiding clients through documentation, account transfers, and the finer details that make transitions smooth. In addition to working directly with clients, she provides operational and administrative support to her team, helping to ensure every client interaction is as seamless as possible from start to finish.

Melissa lives in Brunswick with her husband and two children and enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time at her camp with family and friends.
