As a Wealth Management Advisor and CFP® certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Gary helps clients determine long-term financial goals and implements customized investment strategies.
Gary also holds a CRPS® (Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM) certification, helping corporate clients establish and administer 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit and nonqualified deferred compensation plans.
In addition to completing his Series 9/10 (options and general securities principal) management licenses, Gary is also the Assistant Market Head for nine Pacific Northwest UBS offices. Before joining UBS, Gary was a Producing Sales Manager for Merrill Lynch.
Gary has served on the Seattle Aquarium Board of Directors, and is currently on Advisory Committees for Bellevue College and Seattle’s Fifth Avenue Theatre.
Prior to his career in financial services, Gary worked in the department store business for 18 years, most recently as a Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager for the Macy's Northwest Division. He began his career as a Financial Advisor with UBS in June 2004, moving to Merrill Lynch in May 2008.
Gary has a BA in political science from San Diego State University.
