Brad has 38 years of experience in Private Wealth Management providing portfolio management and advisory services.  Brad joined E.F. Hutton & Co in 1985 following the footsteps of two previous generations of Financial Advisors, his father & grandfather and now continues that tradition with his son, Jeff.  Brad joined UBS Financial Services in 2018 as a Senior Portfolio Manager and he is among a select group of advisors who are entrusted to manage client portfolios with discretionary authority through the Portfolio Management Program (PMP). As a past member of Wells Fargo Advisors Advisory Council for fee-based money management, Brad has regularly lectured before financial professionals and he has authored more than 90 investment white papers focusing on the foundation of his investment philosophy and process. Brad has been nationally recognized in industry financial magazines such as Research Magazine’s, ‘The Winners Circle’- Top Ranked Financial Advisors in America in January 2006 where he was chosen as one of California’s Top 75 Wealth Advisors and ‘Registered Representative’- A Custom Craftsman. Most recently, Brad was named to the 2023 Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor List.

Ron’s investment career began in 1968. With 50+ years of securities industry experience, Ron has built his practice with a focus on traditional investments. By adhering to a philosophy of value and patience, he seeks to manage risk while maximizing returns. Ron has been actively building and managing stock and bond portfolios on a fully discretionary basis since becoming a licensed portfolio manager in 1994.

Ron has served on the Board of Directors for Sutro & Company, was a featured columnist at Santa Clara County Magazine for over six years and spent several years teaching investment courses at local community colleges. After graduating from Bellarmine College Prep, Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a concentration in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Ron and his wife Betty are natives of San Jose where they presently reside. Ron enjoys golfing, playing bridge, social and community activities and spending time with his family.

Jeff Frederickson has over 12 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and 8 years as a portfolio manager. Prior to UBS Jeff worked for Personal Capital in San Francisco, CA where he lead a team of Financial Sales representatives building over $200 million dollars in firm AUM then moved to Wells Fargo Advisors to build his own clientele in 2013. In 2015 Jeff Frederickson joined Frederickson Capital management alongside his father Brad to uphold the family tradition of being the 4th generation of money managers within the Frederickson family. Most recently, Jeff was awarded by UBS the 2023 100 rising advisors in the firm of over 6000 Financial Advisors. Additionally, since 2018 Jeff has been elected to UBS’ Presidents Council. This credential is awarded to only a small segment of Financial advisors in the firm.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from University of California Santa Barbara. He retains both the Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA licenses. He resides in Los Gatos, CA with his wife Catriona.

After playing 8 years in the NFL (1991-1998) and winning a Super Bowl with the San Francisco 49ers, Rhett joined Frederickson Capital Management in 2002.  Rhett brings the same passion and desire that once drove his football career to his current and prospective clients.  Making a difference in people’s lives, along with the responsibility of managing client assets, with their goals in mind, is what makes Rhett passionate about his current career.

Rhett graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1991, married his High School sweetheart Juli and currently resides in Morgan Hill. Rhett and Juli have four boys; Logan, Cade, Eli & Rhys.

Lilia has over 28 years of securities industry experience. Her philosophy of building strong client relationships has always been the center of her practice. She enjoys working closely with clients to determine their individual needs and help to pursue their long and short term financial goals; thru a tailored and disciplined wealth management process.

Although a native “San Josean”, she currently lives in Gilroy with her husband and two children. Away from the office Lilia is active in her community. Over the 14 years at St. Mary School she has been of service as a member of the Mothers’ Guild and Chair committee for the school’s largest fundraiser; The Annual Auction. At St. Mary Parish she has been a facilitator for the RCIA program and Eucharistic Minister. She has also served as a Board of Director member for Good Karma Bikes and as a member of the Finance and Investment Committee’s for Notre Dame High School-San Jose.

After graduating from Silver Creek High School, Lilia attended San Jose State University studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She retains the Series 7 General Securities Registered Representative, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent Law, Series 66 Uniform Combined Law, Investment Advisor Representative FINRA licenses and a California Insurance Agent (Health, Life, Variable Annuity and Variable Life) license.

Jefferson began working in the industry with Ron as a college intern 10 years ago and has become an integral member of the client-services team. He graduated from San Jose State University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Administration. Jefferson prides himself on paying meticulous attention to detail. He interacts with clients daily and helps make sure they receive the personalized attention and prompt, efficient service that is the hallmark of the Lohbeck Capital Management Group.

Jefferson grew in up in Reno, NV until he moved to San Jose for college. He currently resides in Milpitas and enjoys hiking, traveling and experiencing new places.
