Jeff’s been a financial advisor for over 30 years. The focus of his practice is helping business owners create a comprehensive strategy for monetizing their business through his Max Exit framework. He advises through every step of the process, including business and personal financial planning, understanding all the various types of buyers and assembling a team of highly specialized professionals.

After the successful sale or transition, his team provides ongoing wealth management for you and your family in what may be the most significant liquidity event of your life.

While born and raised in Ohio, he’s been a Phoenix resident since 1976. He and his wife Tracey have 3 boys, Clayton, Tucker and Barrett. Jeff’s active in the community as a member of The Thunderbirds, host of the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Clay joined UBS in 2024 and supports the team's portfolio execution and financial planning process. He also focuses on building and maintaining relationships with the next generation of clients.

A former collegiate athlete, Clay played baseball for two years before earning his BBA in Finance from The University of Arizona. After gaining experience at Vanguard, he later completed his MS in Finance from Arizona State University.

He serves as a volunteer YoungLife leader at Arizona State University and holds his CFP® certification.

Angie has been with UBS since 2008, overseeing the team’s client experience and administrative operations. Having worked with Jeff for over 25 years, she consistently delivers personalized service and enjoys fostering lasting relationships with clients.

A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Angie holds Series 6,7,63 and 66 licenses. She lives in Phoenix and her twins, Reese and Riley, are now attending her alma mater. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling.
