Mark D. Fendrick, CFP®, Managing Director, Wealth Management, has been licensed since 1983. Following a successful 25-year career with Morgan Stanley, Mark joined UBS in November of 2008. Mark earned a BS in Accounting at University of Delaware and an MBA with concentration in Investment Management from Drexel University. Mark is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Mark is involved in his community, Past President of Temple Beth Sholom, Past Board Member and Finance Committee Member of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Board Member of Jewish Community Foundation and Co-Chair of the Investment Committee, and Board Member of Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.

Jamison A. Licausi, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ has been helping clients build and preserve their wealth since 2004. The Fendrick Group is a key player, managing over $1.5 Billion in assets. Jamison advises clients on all aspects of personal and business matters.
Jamison started his career with a municipal bond firm in Northern New Jersey. He was recruited by the Morgan Stanley Providence, RI office in 2005. Two years later, he partnered with Mark Fendrick in Cherry Hill, NJ to form the Fendrick Group.
Jamison lives in Moorestown, NJ with his wife Rachel, and children Claire, Jamison, and Jane. Jamison was a collegiate golfer and has won multiple club championships.

David A. Ostrum, CFP®, has been a professional in investment banking and wealth management since 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University's Fox School of Business. David began his career at J.P. Morgan Chase in their investment bank, where he completed his training in London, England, specializing in foreign exchange and international equity, before advancing to the role of finance manager supporting the equity trading desk.
In 2014, David joined UBS as a wealth planning consultant with a goal of becoming a financial advisor on an industry-leading wealth management team. Today, he is an industry-recognized advisor with the FLO Wealth Management team. In this capacity, he performs a multifaceted role, collaborating closely with clients to achieve their long-term financial objectives. His expertise encompasses developing personalized investment strategies and comprehensive financial plans, providing guidance and advice for complex financial decisions.
Residing in Moorestown, NJ, David lives with his wife Lindsay and their three children: Emily, Griffin, and Austin. He is actively involved in coaching his children's sports teams and is a dedicated Philadelphia sports enthusiast. Additionally, David contributes to his community through his service as a Board Member and Finance Chairman of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and as a Board Member of the Jewish Community Foundation. He also co-chairs the Foundation’s Endowment Investment Committee. In 2023, he was honored with the Young Leadership Award from the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.
