Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Elle earned the CPA designation and spent seven years in the accounting industry. She most recently worked as a senior accounting manager at a global technology company in New Orleans. Before that, she worked in public accounting at PwC, auditing large financial institutions in the Chicago area.

Elle grew up in Orono, MN and currently resides in the west suburbs with her husband Harrison and daughters Ginny and Joey. Elle obtained a B.S.M. in Marketing and Master of Accounting from Tulane University. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
