Mark is a former CPA and attorney who brings deep expertise to his role as a Private Wealth Advisor. Drawing on his background and experience, he offers clients sophisticated guidance on complex financial and business matters. He begins every relationship by asking thoughtful questions and listening closely – seeking to understand not just the numbers, but the values and priorities that define each client’s life. With that insight, he designs tailored investment plans that bring together lifestyle, estate planning and philanthropic aspirations in a clear, actionable strategy. As a result of getting to know clients intimately and providing advice well beyond investing, Mark and the team have earned the privilege of working closely with a select group of clients.

Mark’s entire career has been focused on advising clients about complex financial and business matters. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in accounting and joined Arthur Andersen & Co., eventually becoming a licensed CPA. He subsequently earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and practiced law with Fulbright & Jaworski and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Mark was recruited out of the practice of law to help establish Morgan Stanley’s first Texas-based Private Wealth Management Group in 1997 and has been with UBS since 2003. He has been named to the Barron’s “Top 1,200 Financial Advisors” list annually since 2014 and to the Financial Times “Top 400 Financial Advisers” list annually since 2016.

Mark lives in Houston with his wife, Courtnay, who runs a design firm, Creative Tonic. Together, they raised three boys who are all out of college and on their own exciting paths. Mark enjoys an active lifestyle, playing golf, tennis and hiking, and he appreciates a nice glass of wine in the evening.

He earned a B.B.A. in finance and economics from Texas State University, where he was an active member of the Financial Management Association Honor Society. Before joining UBS in 2010, he managed portfolios and advised clients at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Bryan helps business owners develop tailored strategies to prepare for liquidity events and navigate the complexities of the exit planning process. He ensures that their post-exit wealth strategy is thoughtfully structured to align with their evolving financial reality, long-term goals and legacy planning needs.

Bryan lives in Houston with his wife, Brieanna, and their daughter, Bella. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, staying active and playing Texas Hold’em.

Wynne graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.S. in accounting and management. He holds a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation, which allows him to understand the unique needs of business owners and help them create an exit strategy that aligns with their objectives. Prior to joining UBS, Wynne was an insurance executive working with clients and leading global teams to structure and design complex insurance solutions for corporate clients, primarily in the energy and aviation sectors.

Wynne is a North Carolina native and adopted Texan. He is an avid runner and especially enjoys outdoor activities and hiking. Wynne is also active in numerous community organizations. He and his wife, Francis, are the proud parents of two young and energetic children. Wynne gladly spends his weekends coaching youth sports and being on the sidelines with his family.

Lori specializes in ensuring an outstanding client experience in account onboarding and servicing, enhancing the overall client relationship. She also assists the team in handling operational and administrative matters.

Lori graduated from Trinity University with a B.S. in business administration, and she subsequently became a Registered Representative and moved to Houston to work as a financial advisor with Gibraltar Savings/ISFA Corporation. She returned to client service in 1987 with Kidder Peabody and joined UBS in 2008.

Lori is a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Lifetime Committeeman. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and entertaining family and friends.

Lynne focuses on supporting the team by enhancing the client experience through excellent service, assisting with marketing and client events, and managing the alternative investment process.

Prior to joining the team, Lynne worked at Goodman Financial as a client service administrator. Previously, she spent 20 years at James E. Brill, P.C. as an estate planning/probate paralegal. Lynne received an A.A.S. degree as a legal assistant and a certificate of technology in accounting from San Jacinto Community College. She continued her education and earned a B.S. in criminology from the University of Houston.

Originally from Uxbridge, England, Lynne moved to the United States with her family during childhood. Outside of the office, she is passionate about travel, unapologetically obsessed with football (and Tom Brady), and a devoted fan of the Houston Theater District. But more than anything, Lynne treasures time spent with her two grandsons, her family, and close friends.

Moira began her career in the financial services industry in 2010 as a Client Associate at Gilford Securities, a boutique investment firm in New Jersey. She joined UBS in 2012 and has subsequently held several roles at the firm, including Communications Coordinator, Executive Team Assistant and, most recently, Registered Client Associate. Moira graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in psychology.

Before joining UBS, Arttu spent six years in the international oil and gas sector with Equinor, a Norwegian energy company, with assignments across four continents. Arttu is a licensed CPA and has passed the CFA Level I exam.
