Managing Director–Wealth Management
Ed began his financial services career in 1987 as a commercial lender. Later, in 1992, he moved to Kidder Peabody, a predecessor firm to UBS, where he worked with some of the largest institutional fixed income accounts. During this time, he developed specialized skills advising in the managing of portfolios for some of the largest municipalities and financial institutions.
Using these same institutional focused skills, Ed now provides high net worth individuals and families a sophisticated approach to investing. At Levin Wealth Management, he and his team specialize in partnering with financially successful families to ensure a multi-generational legacy through estate and financial planning, individualized investment management, and a focus on risk management. The team utilizes the global resources of UBS, the world’s largest wealth manager, to develop the customized investment strategy that will ensure our client’s success.
UBS has recognized Ed’s leadership, experience, and expertise by selecting him to serve on the UBS Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC). The FAAC is a select group of 14 Financial Advisors who address issues and concerns at UBS in order to help UBS Advisors to better serve their clients’.
Outside of work, Ed is equally passionate about his involvement in the Orange County non-profit community. He has served his synagogue in many capacities, including president. He also volunteered for seven years as vice president of finance for a local independent day school and a member of the executive committee. Ed is currently the chair of the Finance committee for the Orange County Jewish Community Foundation and serves on the executive and general board. In addition, he is a strategic advisor to numerous other organizations, where his financial guidance and insight help shape business plans and objectives.
