Working with ultra-high net worth families, she focuses on estate planning strategies and all areas of account management, including concentrated stock positions, lending solutions, private equity and alternative investments.
Tracy has a wealth of experience providing strategies and solutions others Advisors often overlook. Specifically, on the credit side, she manages sophisticated relationships with a range of unique needs, such as multimillion dollar business loans, personal mortgages, secured and unsecured lines of credit, mezzanine financing and the use of REIT operating units as collateral. She also acts as a liaison between her institutional clients, investment banks and the UBS business development group.
