Dusty has been an advisor for over 20 years, concentrating on comprehensive financial planning, specifically retirement income planning, intergenerational estate strategy and charitable planning, and investment portfolio design. Dusty firmly believes that a comprehensive financial plan accompanied by proper perspective and perseverance is a solid recipe that allows finances to be a blessing instead of a burden. He has a real passion for helping his clients set and accomplish goals and receives great joy in helping his clients reach a goal of true financial contentment by being good stewards of the financial resources they have been blessed with. Dusty has been a "Vol" all of his life, growing up in Knoxville and graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance. He was a 4 year Letterman on the Vols baseball team as a left handed pitcher. But without a doubt, the best thing that happened to him during his time at UT was meeting his unbelievable wife, Andrea. Dusty and Andrea, along with their son Jax and daughters Avery and Blaire, currently reside in West Knoxville and are members of Fellowship Church. Dusty enjoys doing anything with his family, but particularly enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, coaching, learning to build things, and doing overseas mission work in Central and South America with E3 Partners Ministry.

Emily joined UBS in 2018 and became a Registered Client Service Associate for Dusty Johnson in 2020. She graduated from Union University in Jackson, TN in 2012 with a Communication Arts degree which aided her passion for interpersonal communication and attention to detail. She loves working with Dusty and Debbie, and serves the team as administrative contact on various areas of the client experience including on-boarding, Online Services, tax documentation delivery, and notary among other things. Emily was born in South Dakota and raised in Nebraska. Her dad is a retired Pastor and her mom is a Certified Diabetes Educator. Undoubtedly, she learned the importance of loving and caring for people through her time in the church alongside her parents' example. She misses her family, but her wonderful husband Cameron, daughter Lydia, and tightly-knit church community make up for the distance. Emily is a Certified Yoga Instructor; she loves hiking, biking, acting with The WordPlayers, and playing board games with her husband and friends.

Debbie has over 38 years of experience in the financial services industry. Born in Ohio and raised in Tampa, FL, Debbie eventually found her way to Tennessee in her early 20’s. After a few years in real estate property management, she found her true home in the financial services industry. She loves getting to know clients and taking care of them. Debbie resides in the Powell area near her wonderful son, Nick, and his wife, Kendal. Debbie loves spending time at the family farm, dancing at her Zumba classes, conversing with her mom and sister about The Voice, and putting her Italian heritage on display by making a mean homemade lasagna. She would do absolutely anything for her grandson, Judson, and her “granddogs” Harper and Howie.
