Areas of Focus

I offer the full range of products and services which are provided by the wealth management, commercial banking, and investment banking divisions. I have facilitated several large high yield loans and several commercial real estate loans. I also facilitated the IPO for a NY based supermarket chain. Some of the more specialized services that I offer to businesses include business valuation, workplace wellness, stock options plans, and directed share programs.

For philanthropic entities I work with family foundations, corporate foundations, and non-profits. I believe that it is important to establish the values of the organization and to align the investments and vision around those core values. I look at issues including engaging the founder’s children, governance, and whether the entity wants to address an immediate need or the root cause of an issue. UBS has extensive resources for helping philanthropic entities to add resources, build capacity, and to campaign for change. We provide training and insight which incudes consultations, family meeting workshops, podcasts, market-based events, and long-term advice and consultations.
