David Rutberg graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A. degree in political science - international relations. David began his career in 1988, in Los Angeles, working with the division of Security Pacific National Bank that provided fixed income investments to institutional, corporate, municipal and retail clients. During his tenure at Security Pacific, David developed an extensive understanding of the fixed income markets with an emphasis toward municipal securities.
