Erik began his career in financial services in 1996 and soon joined PaineWebber in 1997 and UBS when the two firms merged. At UBS, Erik serves high net worth and ultra high net worth investors, hedge fund owners and managers, entrepreneurs, athletes and their families. He and his team also provide consultations and other services for corporate benefit plans, including stock option and restricted stock plans, as well as nonqualified deferred comp plans. Erik’s focus is not only on investing, but on providing a comprehensive plan that combines goal-based strategies with long-term investment strategies, each customized to each individual.
From an early age, Erik has held a passion for leadership, Wall Street and building his own business. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, with a B.A. in government and a minor in sociology. Erik is a NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor and completed the Private Wealth Executive Education Program through the Wharton Business School. Erik has earned the Athletes and Entertainers Consultant (AEC) UBS business designation, a robust professional training program unique to UBS. As an AEC, his experience, training and deep understanding of celebrity and success—whether you’re a professional athlete or professional actor—extends well beyond money and fame. He is active in his community as coach for Darien youth and lacrosse and as a member of the Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) Impact Council and Goal Power Foundation. Married to his high school sweetheart, Erik and his wife have three children: Emma, Shannon and Ryan. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, boating and kayaking with his family, and he is involved in various charities and events.

Mike joined the UBS predecessor firm PaineWebber in 1999 after a period with Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank, where he worked with senior executives garnering valuable insight into how a top-notch wealth management firm operates. At UBS, he is a trusted Advisor for clients and their families, and oversees the design and implementation of client plans, business development, and handles much of the client-facing activities.
Mike graduated with a B.A. from Indiana University in Bloomington. He also completed the Private Wealth Executive Education Program through the Columbia Business School. Mike has earned the Athletes and Entertainers Consultant (AEC) UBS business designation, a robust professional training program unique to UBS. As an AEC, his experience, training and deep understanding of celebrity and success—whether you’re a professional athlete or professional actor—extends well beyond money and fame. He and his wife have two children and live in New York City. He is currently active in his community as a supporter of the American Indian Foundation, Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, American Corporate Partners and Goal Power Foundation. He also supports the Indiana University Foundation. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, working out, reading, cooking and spending time with his family.

Seth joined the Dahlquist Group after completing UBS’s Wealth Planning Associate program, where he supported multiple Private Wealth Advisors, creating comprehensive financial plans for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Since joining the Dahlquist Group, Seth’s primary responsibility is supporting the team’s financial planning and investment management efforts. He truly enjoys working directly with our clients to fully understand their immediate needs and long-term goals to provide the most tailored service possible.
Seth graduated from Syracuse University in 2014 with a B.S. in Finance. Outside of work he enjoys sports, cooking and traveling.
He currently resides in New York City and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), and holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. Seth also holds a NY Life, Health, and Accident insurance license.

Since 2003, Eva has worked closely with UBS clients assisting them at multiple levels with their financial needs. She is the first person clients and team members turn to when assistance of any kind is needed. Eva is responsible for scheduling, calls, handling of transfers of funds and securities, opening accounts, and making sure that all account information is accurate.
Eva lives with her two daughters Christie and Amber in Whitestone, Queens. She is fluent in Polish, and she is an active member of the Humane Society. She is also an advanced open-water-certified scuba diver, likes to travel and is passionate about food, particularly cooking gourmet dishes.

Olga joined UBS in 2018 after graduation from Brooklyn College. She is passionate about working with her team, Dahlquist Group, and their clients and delivering custom wealth management solutions. Olga also focuses on account administrative, operations and client service. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Olga has received extensive training in advanced planning for retirement, college saving, insurance, and wealth transfer strategies. Prior to joining Private Wealth Management, Olga interned in the firm's Wealth Management division.

After graduating from Arizona State University, Katie worked in entertainment management and business development in Los Angeles, CA. She recently returned to the East Coast to be closer to her family members, who live in her home state of New Jersey.
