    Throughout his more than 25 year career in financial services, John has helped his clients manage their wealth through the ever-changing financial landscape. John's approach with each of his clients starts with a detailed conversation to understand their life goals, which in turn enables John to build a customized and comprehensive financial plan to help achieve those goals.

    Beginning his career in 1993 at Dean Witter, John has developed an approach that has guided his clients over multiple market cycles. At the foundation of his approach is an emphasis on income and growth, and providing clients with real cash flow from their portfolio. Through his income approach and proper diversification, John has excelled in risk management for his clients and has proven to be a steady hand for them during volatile times. As clients move through their life, John works to help clients transition from wealth accumulation to wealth preservation, so that future generations can be positioned in an appropriate way.

    In addition to working closely with individuals and their families, John has extensive experience advising small businesses. His goal is to first understand their short-term and long-term needs which then allows John to create tailored strategies that fit each of those needs.

    John joined UBS in 2009 and is one of the selected advisors to earn the prestigious designation of Wealth Advisor. Prior to UBS, John worked at Morgan Stanley for 16 years. John graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. 

    He and his wife Corinne have two daughters, Cara and Noelle, and reside in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. When he's not helping families pursue their financial goals, John enjoys spending time with his family. He is the guitar player and singer in a band and plays tennis and golf.

      Prior to joining UBS in 2017, David earned his bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Management from The College of New Jersey. During his undergraduate career, David spent his summers interning with Connelly Wealth Management. Shortly after graduating, he joined our team as a Wealth Strategy Associate.

      As a Wealth Strategy Associate, David plays an integral role in assisting John with client meetings, financial plans, asset allocation, and portfolio design. As a junior member of the team, David specifically connects with millennial clients and prospects, focusing on building the necessary fundamentals for disciplined, long-term investing. David also assists in client relationship building and team marketing. He currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses in addition to licenses for Life, Accident and Health, Long-Term Care, Variable Annuities and Variable Life Insurances.   

      Outside of the office, David currently resides in Hoboken, New Jersey. He spends his time socializing with family and friends and enjoys playing tennis, soccer, and golf.

            Lisette has been with UBS for 20 years. Prior to joining Connelly Wealth Management in 2013, Lisette has held a number of different roles at UBS Headquarters in Weehawken, including account transfers, the service group, employee branch, and the wealth advice center. Her diverse background and experiences have made her well versed in the business and a key asset to the team.

            As the Client Service Associate for the team, Lisette is the first point of contact for all client and service related needs. Her passion and care for our clients has allowed Lisette to build long lasting relationships that have proven to be invaluable. Along with her exceptional customer service, Lisette is responsible for the team's operational and administrative duties.       

            In her spare time, Lisette enjoys cooking, the movies, and spending quality time with her family. She currently resides in North Bergen, New Jersey.
