Scott leverages his cross-industry experience in industrial sales, consumer sales, marketing and financial services to meet the needs of his clients. A co-founder of Coastal Partners, Chris began his wealth management career in 2003 and has worked with the other founding members since 2009. Prior to joining UBS Private Wealth Management, Chris was a senior portfolio manager with the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch.
Chris interacts closely with the firm’s Institutional Consulting Group and the UBS Open Architecture Trust platform to provide fiduciary solutions for institutions and individuals. Passionate about giving back to the community, he leverages his connections within UBS and outside the firm to help guide clients in their philanthropic endeavors through private foundations, donor-advised funds and direct giving.

A co-founder of Coastal Partners, Sean began his wealth management career in 2008 and has worked with the team since 2009. Prior to joining UBS Private Wealth Management, Sean was a portfolio manager with the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch.
Sean leads the team’s financial planning efforts, working closely with entrepreneurs and their families to create personalized wealth strategies for pursuing their goals. Leveraging his experience, specialized education and the extensive resources of UBS, Sean advises clients on a number of planning issues, including cash flow management, pre-liquidity planning and asset allocation decisions. He believes in taking a collaborative approach with his clients’ other trusted advisors, ensuring each plan is properly implemented.

He works closely with partners across the firm to address the needs of closely held businesses, including business financing, tailored lending, concentrated equity positions and investment banking services through the firm’s boutique network of middle-market investment banks. He has assisted business owners in monetizing their companies by way of private equity purchase, strategic acquisition and Initial Public Offering (IPO).

She earned an associate's degree from Berkeley College and graduated from Touro College with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Kathy, her husband, and their three children live in Fort Lauderdale.

Pre-liquidity planning is key to a successful exit
We understand that when it comes to the business you’ve personally built, you’re going to be invested at every level. The decision to step away isn’t easy. The depth of our understanding and disciplined process enables us to manage portfolios during the most volatile periods. Guided by our experience, our asset management approach is prudent, straightforward and focused on managing risk. As Senior Portfolio Managers within the UBS Portfolio Management Program, we can create truly customized portfolios on a discretionary basis—not generic allocations. Given the complex market economic forces that continue to be at work today, you can trust that our daily monitoring ensures responsive action should adjustments be needed.
The Portfolio Management Program (PMP) is a wrap fee advisory program in which our Financial Advisors manage client accounts on a discretionary basis. PMP is designed for clients who: (i) want to delegate portfolio management discretion to their Financial Advisor; (ii) are looking to implement a medium- to long-term investment plan; and (iii) prefer the consistency of fee-based pricing.
PMP is not appropriate for clients who: (i) want to maintain trading control over their account; (ii) seek a short-term investment; (iii) want to maintain consistently high levels of cash, money market funds or invest primarily in no-load mutual funds; (iv) want to maintain highly concentrated positions that will not be sold regardless of market conditions; or (v) who anticipate significant withdrawals from the account.
