He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and also has conversational proficiency in Hebrew.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Leon built his foundation at Wells Fargo Advisors and Prudential Securities, gaining deep expertise in both retail and institutional client service.
