    Tristan focuses on financial planning and investment management for the high net worth and ultra high net worth clients of the team. Prior to joining UBS in 2011, he was a Financial Advisor and Business Development Associate with J.P. Morgan Securities. From 2005 to 2010, Tristan obtained operational and client relations experience serving in a variety of roles at Smith Barney. Tristan earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Lafayette College in 2005, and in July 2012, he attained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification. Tristan, his wife and three children live in Westchester County, NY, where they proudly support the Westchester SPCA, Inc.

      Steven Williams, Wealth Strategy Associate, joined UBS in 2022. Steven is a member of the Cooper Wealth Management Group, responsible for Equity and Fixed Income analysis and trading for the team's Private Wealth clients. Prior to UBS, Steven worked for Neuberger Berman and Goldman Sachs. Steven earned a BA in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University and currently holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. Steven resides in New Providence, NJ with his wife and two children.

She holds the Series 3, 7 and 66 securities licenses, and is a graduate of the University of Vermont. Debbie lives in Montville, NJ with her husband, and has two grown children.

                              Joe is a Registered Client Service Associate with UBS, based out of Florham Park, New Jersey, and residing in Paramus, New Jersey. He joined UBS approximately three years ago and brings a diverse background across compliance, investment support, and client service.

                              Most recently, Joe spent 11 months as an Investment Associate based in Weehawken, New Jersey, supporting advisors and clients within the retirement plan space. Prior to that role, he served for two years in a compliance capacity at UBS, where he supported regulatory initiatives and contributed to process improvement efforts across the firm.

                              Before joining UBS, Joe worked in risk management at Barclays Investment Bank, building a strong foundation in financial risk assessment within a global investment banking environment.

                              He hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Monmouth University, as well as an MBA and a Master’s degree in finance from Northeastern University. Joe is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation.

                              Outside of work, Joe is an avid boater and enjoys staying active through golf, tennis, and pickleball. On a personal note, Joe recently got engaged during Carnival in Venice, Italy.
