Nick Catania has been a South Florida resident for over 40 years and studied economics and finance at Barry University. Prior to joining the securities industry in 1996, Nick owned and managed a successful marketing firm for five years.

With over 20 years of investment management experience, Nick is currently Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of the Catania Wealth Management Group. Nick is responsible for the implementation of multiple equity and fixed income portfolios. As such, he is primarily responsible for executing the team's investment management strategies and the development of the team's proprietary models.

Nick currently lives in Parkland, FL with his wife Karla and his daughters, Nicole and Rachel. In his spare time, Nick enjoys boating, fishing, scuba diving, traveling, and is an avid collector of tropical fish and corals.

Carolyn Asencio was raised in Coral Springs, FL and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Carolyn is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™. She joined UBS in 2015 as a Wealth Planning Analyst, providing comprehensive financial planning services for over 100 advisors and their clients in the South Florida Market. She has been in the finance industry since 2005 and prior to joining UBS, Carolyn worked at John Hancock, where she designed life insurance solutions for wirehouse firms and independent insurance agents. Prior to John Hancock, she held several roles at BankAtlantic including Personal Banking Representative, Team Leader, and Customer Service Manager. Her final position with the bank was as Assistant Vice President/Operations Manager where she was responsible for the day-to-day banking operations.

As a Financial Advisor with the Catania Wealth Management Group, Carolyn helps clients prepare for life's big moments and achieve their goals through comprehensive financial planning. She has in-depth knowledge of various financial topics such as budgeting, retirement planning, education funding, lending, life/disability insurance, long-term care, and estate planning. Managing your wealth goes beyond managing your money so she will discover what's most important to you and help you make a plan to pursue it.

Carolyn currently serves on the Board of Directors for SOS Children's Villages in Coconut Creek, Florida. SOS is a foster care neighborhood that focuses on keeping siblings together and provides many services to help overcome past trauma and build a successful future.

Carolyn currently lives in Coral Springs, FL with her husband, Bryan, and 2 children, Jayden and Ava. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking and going to the beach.
