He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he received a B.S. in Economics with Financial Applications and a B.A. in Psychology. He also studied global markets at the prestigious Oxford University in the UK.
Michael and his wife Margaret reside in Dallas, TX with their 3 children – Matthew, Henry, and Jane. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to his community.

She serves as a thought partner to advisors and their client families, guiding them through wealth transitions and cultivating purposeful philanthropy. Debra navigates dialogue between generations, providing insights and advice on family governance, communication, and the development and activation of charitable giving plans—ensuring family values and philanthropic intentions are thoughtfully woven into both wealth and legacy planning.
Debra brings over 30 years of experience collaborating with UHNW individuals and families, private foundations, and nonprofit organizations, focusing on family wealth and succession planning, design and implementation of giving programs and fundraising strategies, board engagement, donor relations programming, grants administration, and foundation management.
Previously, she directed philanthropy services for the South-Central region at Bank of America Private Bank. She held various leadership positions in nonprofit management, beginning her career in the museum industry, joining the Dallas Museum of Art in 1994., Debra then worked with the Communities Foundation of Texas and Parish Episcopal School.
Debra currently serves as a member of the Development Committee of The Senior Source of Dallas, whose mission is to enhance the quality of life and empower older adults in Dallas to thrive. She also works closely with the Legacy Senior Communities Foundation in Dallas and previously served as a Vice President of the Board of the Aaron Family Jewish Community Center.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Debra holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation and is Series 7 and Series 63 licensed. Debra lives in Dallas, Texas, and is the proud mom of two sons and a mini dachshund.
