    Jon joined UBS in August 2014, and previously worked at Merrill Lynch for more than 13 years. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and is an accredited Private Wealth Advisor. Jon joined Merrill Lynch's Wealth Management unit in 2008, and before that worked in Merrill Lynch's Institutional Advisory Division on the equity sales desk for eight years. There, Jon worked primarily with hedge funds and asset managers, assisting them with their investment processes, equity trading and syndicate efforts. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Jon was a client relationship manager at Rittenhouse Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nuveen Investments, and before that he worked on the fixed-income trading floor at Morgan Stanley. Jon prides himself on putting clients' interests front and center at all times, and draws on his broad array of market experience when managing client assets.  He is licensed to sell life and health insurance in New York State. 

    Jon is a graduate of Villanova University's School of Business, and is a member of the Villanova University Alumni Association's Presidents Club.  Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fields for Kids in Larchmont, NY and is a past Board Member for the Mamaroneck Youth Hockey Association.  He and his wife, Kathleen, are also active supporters of the The Ursuline School, the Saints John & Paul School, and the Guidance Center of Westchester. Jon resides in Larchmont, New York with his wife Kathleen and their four children.

      Mark joined UBS in August of 2014, and previously worked at Merrill Lynch for more than a decade. Mark became part of Barter Worden Wealth Management (formerly The Barter Group) in late 2010. Drawing on the global resources of UBS, he develops personalized strategic solutions to address the complex needs of individuals with substantial wealth. Mark offers clients a range of services including portfolio strategies, stock option analysis, retirement planning strategies, hedging strategies for concentrated equity positions, life insurance analysis and a full range of wealth transfer strategies. Mark is licensed to sell life and health insurance in New York State. Mark has earned both his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) designations.

      Mark graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business. Mark currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Crouse Hospital and is the Chairman of the American Heart Association’s Men Go Red for Central New York. He resides in Manlius, New York, with his wife, Reghan, and their two sons, Cameron and Bradford.

Michele directly supports the financial advisors in their work on trusts and estate planning services. She also plays a major role in client onboarding. She earned an Associate's degree in Business from Bryant & Stratton College and resides in Hastings, New York.

            JP joined the team starting full time in June of 2023. JP earned his bachelors degree from Providence college in May of 2023 with a major in finance and minor in accounting. Having interned in the summer of 2022, JP understands how the team operates and has proven to be a valuable asset in assisting daily operations and providing an excellent client experience.
