Regina specializes in providing personalized investment advice and comprehensive wealth management solutions to ultra-high-net-worth families, Family Offices, and not-for-profit organizations. With close to 30 years of experience in financial services, Regina collaborates with clients to understand their goals and craft integrated solutions across investing, trust & estate structuring, philanthropy, and borrowing.
Before joining UBS in 2024, Regina spent a decade at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management, where she co-led a nationally recognized team with Alex Gitomer. Regina served on Goldman’s Advisors Council and oversaw training and mentorship programs for new advisors.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Regina was a Senior Private Banker in the Financial Sponsors Group at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, managing some of the most strategic clients at the firm. Previously, Regina led Strategic Relationship Management for Bank of America, advising investment banking clients on wealth management issues related to their corporate transactions. She began her career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs.
Personal
Regina was born in Kishenev, Moldova, immigrating to New York City when she was six. She resides in Montclair, NJ, with her husband, Bill, their children, Miles (18) and James (16), and their Goldendoodle, Roxy (7). Outside her professional pursuits, Regina enjoys ice hockey, reading fiction, boating, and traveling.
Regina graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Sociology, earning Phi Beta Kappa membership. She holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, graduating Cum Laude.
Committed to expanding opportunities for underprivileged youth, Regina serves on the board of trustees for The Bronx Science Foundation, her high school alma mater.

Alex specializes in delivering tailored investment guidance and comprehensive wealth management solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, Family Offices, and not-for-profit organizations. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Alex is dedicated to understanding what matters most to clients and translating their objectives into actionable strategies.
Before joining UBS in 2024, Alex spent a decade at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management, where he successfully built his practice in partnership with Regina Bronson. Additionally, Alex served on Goldman’s Advisors Council, providing strategic insights and leadership among his peers.
Earlier in his career, Alex was a Senior Investment Specialist in the Financial Sponsors Group at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he provided customized solutions to sophisticated investors. He also worked on J.P. Morgan’s Investment Strategy team, directly supporting the Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Portfolio Construction.
Personal
Alex resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife, Lori, their two children, Zoe (14) and Jack (12), and their Goldendoodle, Farley. Outside his professional pursuits, Alex enjoys boxing, snowboarding, attending concerts, and supporting Lori in the development of her whipped cream company, Whipnotic.
Alex graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering (ORIE). While at Cornell, he also participated in Lightweight Football.
Committed to community engagement, Alex serves on the board of trustees for The Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services.
Alex is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
He values building lasting relationships and making a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Christina serves as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, responsible for analyzing client needs, developing and implementing customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions, and building client relationships. Christina serves as a main point of contact for client interaction, providing distinguished service and strategic insights to help clients achieve their goals.
Prior to joining UBS with Regina and Alex, Christina spent four years at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst and Business Development Professional in Private Wealth Management.

Christina graduated from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing.
Christina lives in the West Village of Manhattan and enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with family in The Bahamas.

Hilary Stock serves as the Team Business Manager, overseeing operational strategy and execution across relationship onboarding, cash management, asset movement, banking and lending solutions, risk mitigation, and the client experience. As a primary liaison for client engagement, Hilary ensures the delivery of exceptional service and strategic guidance to help clients achieve their financial objectives and optimize their wealth.
Prior to her current role, Hilary spent nine years at Goldman Sachs, where she began in the operations division before joining Alex and Regina in Private Wealth Management.

Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University, graduating in 2015. She is fluent in Portuguese and brings a global perspective to her work. Outside the office, Hilary enjoys cycle classes, time at the beach, practicing her Catholic faith, and spending quality time with family and friends including her in-laws in Brazil. She resides in Hoboken, NJ with her husband, Diogo, and their energetic, two-year-old daughter, Charlotte.
