Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Elle earned the CPA designation and spent seven years in the accounting industry. She most recently worked as a senior accounting manager at a global technology company in New Orleans. Before that, she worked in public accounting at PwC, auditing large financial institutions in the Chicago area.
Elle grew up in Orono, MN and currently resides in the west suburbs with her husband Harrison and daughter Virginia. Elle obtained a B.S.M. in Marketing and Master of Accounting from Tulane University. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Natalie Breon, Financial Advisor, is passionate about developing long-lasting client relationships built on trust and collaboration. She is dedicated to providing consistent tailored advice to help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families plan for the future in order in efforts to protect those they love and their legacy. Natalie offers a multi-generational perspective that addresses client priorities while supporting their vision and values. She brings compassion and creativity to all her clients while developing solutions though a systematic, process driven approach.
Natalie has her B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University in Baltimore where she rowed competitively and was active in the local refugee community. After graduating, Natalie worked at the UBS home office in Weehawken alongside the structured solutions product team. Most recently Natalie spent four years in the Salesforce ecosystem as a business development leader, building deep relationships with her partners and ensuring her customer’s success. Her securities licenses include the Series 7 and 66.
Natalie lives in Minneapolis, MinneSNOWta, enjoys running (when it’s not -17º), any water sport and skiing.

Chris is one of our team's lead Financial Advisors in the Wayzata, Minnesota Office. Chris has a passion for providing affluent families in-depth advice, helping clients manage generational wealth and providing the solutions for challenging problems that ultra-high net worth clients are seeking. Chris also works with business owners in preparing to exit the business, working to maximize generational wealth through thoughtful planning and strategy. He emphasizes transparency, choice and honesty when working with all his clients. He offers an empathetic and creative approach to his client relationships and brings a unique perspective from his pervious leadership roles.
Chris graduated from Hamline University with a Bachelor of Arts in Management. Prior to joining the team, Chris spent several years in a Senior Leadership position with UBS, he leverages his past management experiences to help our clients access the extensive global resources of UBS.
Chris has 4 children and currently lives in Medina, Minnesota. Chris is proud to be involved in a number of local charities serving the needs of children and the underprivileged. In his free time Chris enjoys spending time with his kids and at his cabin, he also enjoys working on vintage watches.

Margie is a Wealth Strategy Associate for the UBS Breon Wealth Management Group. She brings over 15 years of client servicing experience to the team. She takes pride in providing clients with a high level of service and personalized attention to meet a broad range of needs. She is focused on providing solution-oriented assistance to clients and works with their attorneys and CPA's to implement estate planning strategies within their portfolios.
Collaborating with local colleagues for UBS "Season of Service" initiative is a yearly activity Margie takes the lead on implementing for the Minneapolis Office Complex. She is a past board member of Catholic Youth Camp. Margie is also active in her community of Stillwater, MN and enjoys running and reading. She is married and has three sons.

Ann focuses on developing and implementing creative and comprehensive strategies to assist clients with their complex financial needs such as preservation, transfer and management of wealth. Prior to joining UBS in 2008, Ann practiced law with the law firm of Levin, Schreder & Carey, focusing on estate tax and income tax planning for ultra high net worth individuals, families and business owners.
