Doug has over 39 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in 1985 as a stockbroker for Kidder Peabody, where he created a nationwide group to handle all Rule 144 transactions and employee stock option transactions. He subsequently served as director of its Restricted Transaction Group until 1995, when the firm was acquired by PaineWebber. At UBS, Doug serves as the lead Financial Advisor on 17 corporate equity compensation programs.
Doug graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1982 with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration.
Doug has been with the firm his entire career, where he attained the Private Wealth Advisor designation. He holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification.
Doug is also an Investment Management Consultant with a focus on retirement planning, allocation strategies, cash flow analysis and executing estate planning strategies for individuals as well as corporations. His corporate clients have included well known industry leaders.
Doug is a supporter of No Greater Sacrifice and a mentor to military veterans transitioning from active duty to Wall Street through a program sponsored by American Corporate Partners. In his spare time, Doug volunteers as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Academy of Our Lady in Glen Rock, NJ. He also sits on the board of the Academy of Our Lady Fathers Guild and is a board member for the Archdiocese of Newark Pension. He resides in Glen Rock, NJ with his wife, Maureen, and their four children.
Doug graduated from Villanova University in 1991 with a BA in Economics and a minor in English.
Kelly started her career as a Client Service Associate with our team after graduation in 2004. Today, as a Financial Advisor, Kelly creates and revises comprehensive financial plans to assist clients with pursuing their financial goals. She analyzes clients’ assets, liabilities, and forecasted cash flows in relation to personal and financial goals. She also works closely with corporate executives to develop stock option exercise strategies.
Kelly holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification, as well as the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Kelly has also attained the Private Wealth Advisor designation.
Kelly is a supporter of No Greater Sacrifice and has been involved in fundraising for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation. Kelly holds a B.A. in communications with a minor in business administration from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. She lives in New York City with her husband, Tom, and their three children. She enjoys running half marathons, practicing yoga, and playing tennis and golf.
Pat entered the financial services industry in 2009 during the peak of the Great Recession. He has leveraged this experience at UBS, where he now helps clients navigate ever-changing market landscapes.
Pat has attained the Private Wealth Advisor designation. He also holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) certification and Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant designation. He works with individuals and families in creating comprehensive financial plans, while focusing on retirement planning, diversification, investment management and cash flow analysis.
Pat has experience in assisting corporate executives evaluate equity compensation and the impact those awards have on their overall financial plan. He specializes in 10b5-1 trading plans, block trading, the sale of restricted stock and stock options. He is a volunteer for the charity God’s Love We Deliver and is a supporter of the Gillian Fund and No Greater Sacrifice. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, playing basketball and attending Yankees games. Pat lives in New Jersey with his wife, Kate, their daughter, Penelope and dog Otis.
