For the past three decades, Leonard has helped affluent families and successful professionals pursue their financial goals. He creates a wealth management experience that is built around a personal approach, with a passion for taking care of his clients and helping to solve their complex investment challenges.

Prior to joining UBS in 2016, Leonard was a financial advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he co-founded Boccia Quinn Wealth Management Group. He began his career as a fixed-income investor at W.J. Nolan & Co in 1989. Leonard works closely with his clients to create a plan built entirely around their financial life, goals and objectives, with a specialty in structuring Municipal bond portfolios that generate tax-free income.

Outside of work
Leonard volunteers his time and resources to Cardinal Spellman High School and SUNY New Paltz. He lives in Scarsdale, NY, with his wife and their two children, and he is a member of the Westchester Country Club. When not at work, he enjoys golfing, running and volunteering as a referee for his children’s youth basketball teams.

He is an accomplished plant-based Ironman triathlete and has successfully competed in 10 competitions, including qualifying for three Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Steve and his wife live in Westchester, NY, where he is a member of the Westchester Country Club. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Other clients prefer to delegate the day-to-day management of their portfolios. As Senior Portfolio Managers in the UBS Portfolio Management Program, we offer discretionary management of your investments and tailor your asset allocation to your unique situation.
