David Bowie has a singular mission: To help guide families and businesses in making the right decisions to achieve their financial goals now and well into the future. His approach is centered on comprehensive financial and retirement planning. As the investment strategies driven by these processes evolve as clients grow and their needs change, he ensures that there is never a question as to what each client owns and why they own it. Acting as the quarterback for his clients' financial lives, David can offer investments advice, financial planning, life and health insurance and annuities. He also brings to bear the deep bench of UBS and its partners to provide business succession/exit planning, mortgages, credit lines, trusts, estate plans, and retirement plan consulting for institutions.
After graduating from the University of Maryland and serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, David began his professional investing career as a trader in New York in early 2000. He moved back to his hometown of Kensington, MD a year later and joined Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. as an institutional stock broker. David spent the next 14 years advising mutual funds, hedge funds and registered investment advisers all over the country. David still lives in Kensington with his wife, Christie, daughter, Rylee, son, Chase, and their two dogs. Outside the office he enjoys live music, ice hockey, camping and spending time with his family at their beach house in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

In 2015, after spending his first two years of college in the warm states of Florida and South Carolina, Peter decided to transfer to Columbia College Chicago (where he got considerably paler). The move proved to be successful though, as Peter made the Dean’s list every semester he attended at Columbia. During his time in Chicago, he also worked after school as an assistant basketball coach for a local University.
After graduating in 2017, Peter worked in the service industry while pursuing a career in the arts. It was here that he developed his skills in customer satisfaction, time management, and attention to detail. When his restaurant closed in 2020, Peter decided to apply those skills elsewhere and entered the financial industry. In the fall of 2020 he obtained his Life and Health Insurance license and began working as a successful agent. He later became a Registered Representative and is Series 6 and 63 licensed.
Peter is a life-long Bethesda resident. He enjoys sports, creative writing, trips to the beach and spending time with his friends and family.
