He focuses on helping clients meet their financial goals through customized portfolio development and management. Mike has been at UBS and its predecessor companies since 1982, when he joined PaineWebber. Previously, he was an Advisor at Dean Witter.

Mike and his wife, Heather, have twin daughters and two granddaughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and golf. Mike enriches his life with world travel, having visited more than 30 different countries.

Joining UBS after graduating from Arizona State in 2003, Ryan helps business owners, entrepreneurs and families plan for their futures, transition or exit their businesses and pass on their wealth and values to the next generation. He believes strongly in holistic wealth planning
and works with clients—who range from individuals and their families to foundations and nonprofit organizations— to provide customized financial planning and big-picture
investment strategies.

Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Natalie, son Cooper and new daughter Madison. Giving back to their community is important to Ryan and his family. He supports HandsOn Greater Phoenix through a variety of volunteer initiatives around Phoenix Metro. He and Natalie are also volunteer ambassadors for the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), which seeks to employ genetic discoveries to develop earlier diagnostics and smarter treatments for disease.
Having handled everything from investment research and portfolio design to counseling clients, Geoff brings the experience and insights to identify opportunities and uncover potential risks to his high net worth clients and their families. He believes that there is substantial added value in connecting the team’s local capabilities with the global resources of UBS. Being a part of the multigenerational Biltmore team and helping to transition the business has also given him firsthand insights into how to advise business owners with their own transitions.
Geoff was introduced to the profession by his father, who worked at UBS for over 40 years. What started out as curiosity about markets and wealth grew into an appreciation of the ability to impact someone’s life beyond investment returns. Scott has always been passionate about markets, having been mentored by his father, Paul Murray, who spent 57 years in the financial services industry. He doesn’t go in for cookie-cutter advice, but instead provides his personal insights and experience in the business, which helps clients make well informed decisions about their wealth and their future.

As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Kathy is responsible for leading all client account administration and business operational support, including the review of morning reports and the preparation of customized portfolio reviews. She focuses on building long-term relationships and providing exceptional client service.
Kathy started her financial services career as a sales assistant in 1982 and joined UBS in 2000. She holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Kathy has three children and six grandchildren. When it comes to giving back to the community, she volunteers her time to veteran services. Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, especially road trips to just about anywhere. Her favorite hobby is baking cupcakes, which she does often for birthdays and other special occasions.
Debbie is in charge of the team’s client service strategy. As a Client Service Associate, she handles day-to-day administrative duties, working closely with the team on portfolio reviews. She also guides clients through the onboarding process, assisting with any requests and queries.
Prior to joining UBS in 2005, Debbie worked in the health care field for 18 years. Her genuine passion for people ensures that clients receive the service they deserve.
Debbie and her husband, Rob, have two children and three grandchildren. When it comes to giving back, Debbie and Rob joined their church group for multiple trips to the Gulf Coast to help with recovery efforts after Hurricane Katrina, in addition to volunteering locally. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, mountain biking, quilting and cooking. Debbie also enjoys travel and camping trips to national parks.
Marvin started in the financial industry in 2005 and joined UBS in 2008. He holds his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ designation along with the Series 7, 66, and Arizona Life & Health licenses.
Outside of the office he enjoys listening to podcast & audiobooks, playing basketball, golfing, playing with his dog (and other scaley pets) and spending time with his 2 kids. He also enjoys volunteering as a coach for his son’s youth basketball teams.
