In 1998, he joined UBS after spending many years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. His goal was to get involved with the client and the face-to-face relationship. Chris understands the importance of listening to each clients individual needs and wants. His goal is to make sure every client is happy.
In 1998, he started his career in the Financial Services Industry at the Chicago Board of Trade. He worked as a interest rate arbitrage trader, handling fixed income products and managing the various aspects of his clients' portfolios. In 2000, Frank joined UBS to reach investors on a different level and help them reach their goals
As a Managing Director and Financial Advisor at UBS since 1983, Andrew has been instrumental in the development and success of The Burish Group. With almost 40 years of experience in investment and financial consulting. Andy currently oversees a team of 45 and helps manage over $5.5 billion in client assets.
With a tenure as Andy's business partner since 2000, Jason is currently a Managing Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager. Together, they have built The Burish Group into one of the country's top wealth management practices. Jason has the knowledge and expertise necessary to understand and solve complex financial challenges as well as identify unique opportunities with clients.

Chris began his career at UBS in 1998 after spending many years in the futures "pits" at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He welcomes the opportunity to be a trusted advisor in his clients' lives. At age 40, Chris went back to college to become a CFP® Practitioner after he realized that the process of constructing a financial plan is critical for his clients' success in life.
Chris views his work at UBS as a combination of dedication, service and helping clients work toward their goals with a disciplined, strategic approach. He enjoys educating clients, explaining why they own specific investments and how they fit in the overall plan. Chris is FINRA Series 3, 7, 63, and 65 as well as Life and Health Insurance licensed.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He is an Alumni Member as well as a Life Member of the Memorial Union. Chris likes visiting Madison to watch football games where he has been a season ticket holder since 1978.

Chris and his wife Tina have been married since 1987 and have two girls, Crystal and Paula. They currently reside in Glenview, IL.
Frank Oddo began his career in the Financial Services Industry in 1979 at the Chicago Board of Trade and has been a part of the Atsaves Oddo Financial Group at UBS since 2000. As a former interest rate arbitrage trader, Frank is experienced in handling fixed income products and managing the various aspects of his clients' portfolios. Frank believes that most investors take excessive risk to achieve their goals and enjoys educating clients about Alternative Investment strategies. The focus is not only on growing financial assets, but also protecting assets and assuring legacies.
Frank earned a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from DePaul University in Chicago. Additionally, Frank was an Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of Illinois in Economics and Statistics. Frank has earned his FINRA Series 3, 7, 63, 65 licenses and Life & Health Insurance license. Frank completed the CIMA designation at the University of California-Berkeley in 2004 to provide clients with a higher level of investment analysis. As a result, he understands how to look beyond performance figures to determine whether a manager is truly adding value to a client’s investment program and will help meet the client's financial goals.
Frank has volunteered since 1993 at COSI (Sponsoring and spending time on Geneva Lake with children who have cancer) and Erie Neighborhood House supporting St. Joseph Day (providing meals and activities to immigrant families). In addition Frank is a member and sponsor of Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation, which promotes outdoorsman mentoring and protection of lands for future generations. He and his wife are Guarantor Donors of Ravinia Music Festival, a place to relax and spend time with clients.
Frank earned a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from DePaul University in Chicago.
Peter graduated from the University of Missouri in 2017 and began working at UBS in 2019. He has earned his FINRA Series 3, 7, 66 licenses and Life & Health Insurance License. He enjoys cheering for Chicago sports and spending time with his family.
Mario provides client relationship building and business development for the Atsaves Oddo Wealth Management Group. His focus is on establishing trust with clients while demonstrating his industry experience in facilitating their needs. Solidifying client relationships and giving them peace of mind, is his ultimate goal. Mario began his career in the securities industry in 1987 with Oppenheimer & Company.
Mario is an amateur writer, enjoys biking and old movies.

With over 25 years of experience in investment and financial consulting, Jason has the knowledge and expertise necessary to understand and solving complex financial challenges as well as identify unique opportunities for clients. Within the team, Jason helps lead the portfolio management team and oversees the group's investment strategies for the more than $5.2 billion in assets under management.
Jason is an Eagle Scout who sits on the executive board of the Glacier’s Edge Boy Scout Council and also a member of the Henry Vilas Zoological Society Board. Jason enjoys participating in triathlons and is an Ironman Wisconsin 2016 finisher. He resides in Verona, WI with his wife, three sons and their Portuguese Waterdog, Jasper.
One of the more tenured team members, Tim joined The Burish Group in 1999. Tim's primary responsibility is to lead the portfolio management team, focusing on capital markets, market trends, asset allocation, and portfolio design. He is also responsible for creating and managing customized investment portfolios to reflect a client's unique needs, time horizons, and priorities, including cash flow needs, wealth transfer, estate and tax planning. Tim interned at The Burish Group and now supervises and educates the current intern team. His certifications include Chartered Financial Analyst®, Certified Investment Management Analyst® and Certified Financial Planner®.
Tim lives with his wife and two children in Oregon, WI. He enjoys coaching kids sports and rooting for the Packers, Brewers and Bucks. He also enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
Ben Majewski joined the firm in February 2000. He began his career working in the analyst department for a number of years before transitioning into the Team Business Manager role. As Team Business Manager, he is responsible for financial reporting, strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the team.
Ben lives in Cottage Grove with his with wife and their two children. In his spare time Ben can be found spending time with his family, watching his son’s sporting events, and playing golf.
As a Financial Advisor at The Burish Group, Judi leads the Financial Planning team and provides holistic wealth management advice to ultra-high net worth clients; helping to coordinate their investment, wealth transfer and philanthropic goals. She also reviews clients’ estate planning documents to ensure they accurately reflect the family’s philosophy, needs and objectives. Judi joined UBS Wealth Management in 2004, in her most recent role she was a Senior Wealth Strategist with the Advanced Planning group. In that role she provided strategic planning advice and education to the firm's wealthiest clients. Prior to joining UBS, Judi was an Account Manager with the Ayco Company, L.P. (a Goldman Sachs Company). At Ayco, she provided comprehensive financial planning services to senior executives of Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the New York Bar, a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional and a Chartered Financial Consultant®.
Judi serves on Agrace's Planned Giving Advisory Committee, and is a member of the Agrace Foundation Board and The Madison Club Foundation Board.
Having joined The Burish Group as a Financial Advisor in 2004, Adam took a brief hiatus from his role as an advisor to focus on financial planning as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. In that role, Adam was responsible for developing in-depth financial plans and wealth management strategies for individual clients. He has now returned to his role as a Financial Advisor, where he can continue to work on financial plans while also creating meaningful relationships—something he missed in his other role. In addition, he has extensive experience working with employer retirement plans for the committee level as well as working one on one with participants to help enhance their retirement outcome.
Adam is active in nonprofits throughout the community and when he isn’t working on an in-depth financial plan for a client, you may find him on or near the water as an active member of Mad-City Water Ski Team. In addition, he is a four-time member of the USA Water Ski Show Team. Adam resides in Mount Horeb with his wife and three children.
Emma joined The Burish Group in 2006 as an intern and became a full time staff member in 2008. Currently, as a Planning Specialist, Emma collaborates with the planning team to incorporate financial planning as part of our holistic wealth management process. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting. Emma holds both the Certified Financial Planner™ certification and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®SM designation.
As Team Marketing Manager, Carson is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization's strategic marketing and advertising initiatives to drive new business development. In addition, she helps manage and operate The Burish Group Partner Network - a network of strategic partnerships with other UBS Advisors and Teams in the greater Milwaukee and Chicago areas.
Carson recently received her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She joined The Burish Group in 2014 after graduating from Edgewood College (Madison, WI) with a Bachelor of Science in business management. She is passionate about giving back to the community and has gratefully served on Clean Lakes Alliance Friends of Clean Lakes Board, as well as LINC, a young professional board for United Way of Dane County. Currently, Carson serves on YPAC (Young Professional Advisory Council) for The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin and chairs the marketing committee. In her free time, she enjoys golf, traveling, and live music.
Mandy joined The Burish Group as an Event Specialist in 2018 after taking time off to raise her two children. Mandy brings her event expertise to the team after having spent time part of her career as an Event Coordinator at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. As an Event Coordinator, she planned a variety of events including meetings, conventions, trade shows and special events. Before the Monona Terrace, she worked in hotel management with The North Central Group in Madison. She continues to work for IRONMAN Wisconsin, coordinating volunteer efforts for both Wisconsin races.
Mandy resides in Sun Prairie with her husband Tim and two daughters. Outside of work and family, her interests revolve around being active. She is an avid runner and enjoys the sport of triathlon.
Samantha joined The Burish Group in 2022 to assist the marketing team. She is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Marketing. As a student, she was involved in marketing related organizations, like American Marketing Association, and spent time organizing fundraisers for the American Cancer Society.
Samantha is well accustomed to the Madison area, growing up in Waunakee, WI. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, working out, and watching Wisconsin sporting event. On Wisconsin!
