Experience

Keith started his career in the financial services industry as part of a management team at the local Santa Fe Merrill Lynch office in 1999. While there he quickly displayed a natural talent for the intricacies of the industry and embraced the value of customer service. He joined UBS Financial Services in May of 2002. Keith has a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Management and has been a Certified Financial Planner® since 2007. Keith constructs, monitors and updates personalized computer-based financial plans for all of our clients and implements investment portfolios for our new clients.

Prior to becoming a Financial Advisor, Keith was a career musician. He completed the music program at the boutique Musician's Institute in Los Angeles, California. With a background in Jazz percussion, he has toured a great deal of the world several times over and recorded numerous major and independent label releases. The need for a locale more conducive to raising a family precipitated his move with his family to Santa Fe, NM in 1999. Keith is married to Jennifer Gentry Fallis, who manages a local art gallery, and has two adult children, Millicent and Seth.

Keith enjoys music, Pilates, cooking, playing tennis, and visiting the Highlands of Scotland. He still plays drums and can occasionally be spotted performing with various local acts at various local venues and community events.

Melissa began her financial career with UBS Financial Services in 2008. Melissa focuses on providing exceptional client service with every aspect of our client's diverse administrative needs. Melissa offers a professional and systematic approach toward not merely meeting but surpassing client expectations. Her goal is for our office's administrative and operational functions run seamlessly.

Melissa has been married to her husband Rene for 16 years and has two children, Alyssa and Marques. Melissa enjoys staying busy with outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Nicole is dedicated to providing an attentive and solutions-oriented client experience. She helps clients navigate account needs, addresses questions with clarity, and ensures that both service and technology run smoothly. Her goal is the make every interaction efficient, straightforward, and genuinely supportive. 

She began her career at UBS in 2021 as a receptionist and branch technology liaison. She then transitioned into a Client Service Associate position in 2022 and earned her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Now a Registered Client Service Associate, Nicole applies her financial knowledge, client focused experience, and technology background, to provide effective daily client support. 

Outside of work, she writes and produces music and occasionally acts as a live audio engineer at concert venues, drawing on her background in music technology from California Institute of the Arts. She is based in New Jersey and also enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her cat.
