Tom began his career in financial services as a Financial Consultant with Smith Barney in Buffalo, New York. He joined UBS in 2002 as both a Financial Advisor and Manager of the Bangor, Maine office. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from Babson College and then pursued a 13-year career in corporate finance and strategic planning with W.R. Grace & Co., Mobil Oil, and British Petroleum. Tom works closely with individual clients and is responsible for the implementation of the team's strategic vision. Tom is Vice President of the Bangor Symphony Executive Board and a board member of the Good Samaritan Agency. He also serves as chairman of the Finance & Investment Committees of both organizations. Tom has three daughters and lives in Hampden, Maine with his wife Hope.
Kirsten entered the industry in 1995 and specializes in working with professionals and their families to develop, implement and monitor comprehensive, personalized financial plans. Her attention to detail and ability to understand client needs allows her to create flexible strategies for their often busy and complex lives. Having a B.S. in education from the University of Maine and obtaining her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification have provided her with the skills and training to help engage clients at every level and stage of their financial progress. Kirsten is involved in local nonprofit organizations that support the education of children, a creative culture and a thriving economic region. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Scott, and enjoys spending time with their daughter, Samantha, and their wire haired dachshund, Winston.

Jodi joined UBS in 1994 and worked closely with Bob Allen up until his recent retirement from the team. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine. Jodi provides comprehensive wealth management advice to clients, which includes retirement income planning and risk management. In the local community, she has served as President of the Bangor Breakfast Rotary, is a chair of the University of Maine Black Bear Board of Advisors and a member of the University of Maine Foundation. Jodi lives in Bangor with her husband, Marc.
Peter began his career in financial services as a financial consultant with RBC Wealth Management in Portland, ME. He joined the UBS Bangor branch in 2007 as a Financial Advisor bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate management, including chief financial officer responsibilities and new business start-ups. Peter received his BA from Colby College, and earned his Accredited Asset Management Specialist® certification in 2007 from the College for Financial Planning. Peter works closely with his clients with a special focus on portfolio management, estate planning, and risk management. Peter stays active in his local community having served on his local school board, and has served as Vice President of the Maine Discovery Museum board and the Penobscot Valley Ski Club. He also coaches youth baseball and youth Nordic skiing programs. He lives in Hampden with his wife, Cynthia, and his two children.
Mike joined UBS Wealth Management in 2013 as part of the Wealth Planning Analyst program. During his time in that program he focused on offering comprehensive financial planning to clients in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Before joining UBS, Mike attended Bentley University in Waltham, MA where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics. He currently holds his Certified Financial Planner® designation as well as his Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ certification. Mike has served on the finance committee for Habitat for Humanity in greater Bangor area and has served in various positions on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America, Katahdin Area Council. Mike is a 2016 graduate of the Bangor Region Leadership Institute. Outside of work Mike is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his greyhound, Mac.
Kelly joined UBS in Princeton, NJ in 1997 and moved to the Newtown, PA branch to be part of its management team in 2002. She relocated to Bangor in 2008 to manage the operational and administrative functions for the team with a focus on client service. She completed the UBS Wealth Management Development Program in the spring of 2020, training to become a Financial Advisor. Kelly completed the Bangor Region Leadership Institute program, graduating in spring 2012 and has served on their steering committee. She received her B.A. from Westminster Choir College and loves being involved in local community theatre and music projects. Kelly lives in Bangor with her husband, Ben, and their son.
Karen is the newest addition to Argosy Wealth Management, but she is no stranger to UBS. Karen started with the firm in 1992 as a Client Service Associate, but was soon given the opportunity to join the management team in primarily supervisory roles, focusing on client relations and compliance oversight. She is excited to be a part of the team, leading the daily operations and helping to provide the best possible client service and Financial Advisor support. Karen has lived in Maine her entire life and raised two wonderful children with her husband Mark. Karen and Mark live in Newburgh and enjoy things outdoors in all seasons along with their Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Scout., and their newest addition to the family a German Wirehair Pointer, Maggie.
Audrey has worked in the financial services industry since 1999 and rejoined UBS in April 2018. She is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the team and for helping deliver a positive client experience. Audrey is licensed for securities and insurance products with her Series 7, Series 66 and her resident insurance license in the state of Maine. Audrey serves on the board of the Greenbush School Department. She lives in Greenbush with her husband, Jeremy, and their two sons.
Kathleen joined UBS in June of 2019. She is currently studying for her SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 exams and will be responsible for the operational aspects of the team. She is a graduate of the 2016 Bangor Region Leadership Institute where she currently serves on the steering committee and co-chair of the curriculum committee. Kathleen is on the board of directors for Literacy Volunteers of Bangor and Eastern Maine Community College Foundation. She also serves in an administrative capacity for the Dedham/Lucerne Fire Department. Kathleen lives in Dedham with her husband, Craig, and their two sons.
