Annick Iwanowski is a seasoned financial advisor with over 20 years of experience in wealth management and private banking. She joined UBS International in the Coral Gables, Florida branch in September 2025. In her role, she leads a specialized team serving ultra-high-net-worth families across Latin America—including Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, and Bolivia.

Her leadership spans investment strategy, risk management, estate planning, and credit solutions. Annick is known for structuring complex financial portfolios that integrate private banking, commercial lending, and alternative investments, aligning with clients’ long-term goals.

Prior to joining UBS, Annick held senior roles at J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, SunTrust Bank, and UBS, where she previously served as a Financial Advisor. She is now returning to UBS, bringing her deep expertise and client-first approach back to the firm.

Annick holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and an MBA at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., further strengthening her strategic and analytical capabilities.

Hernan Marin joined UBS in September as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and a strong reputation for client-focused excellence. Prior to UBS, Hernan served as a Client Associate at Valor Advisors from October 2024 to August 2025, where he played a key role in supporting high-net-worth clients with tailored financial strategies.

His career began in 2001 at Citi, where he built a solid foundation in client service and financial operations. In 2010, Hernan joined JP Morgan Chase N.A., taking on roles as a Client Service Specialist and Banker Professional. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence and clarity.

At UBS, Hernan continues to leverage his extensive experience and personalized approach to support clients in achieving their financial goals. His dedication to building lasting relationships and delivering thoughtful, strategic guidance makes him a trusted partner to those he serves.

Hernan holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Universidad EAFIT in Medellín, Colombia.
