Kelvin Pena is a seasoned Financial Advisor with over 25 years of experience in Wealth Management at UBS Financial Services Inc. in Miami, Florida. He holds Series 7 and 66 certifications and is designated as a Senior Portfolio Manager.

As a Managing Director, Kelvin leads the Andes Wealth Advisors group, a team of seven professionals specializing in the Southern Cone of Latin America, with a strategic focus on Chile as their primary market.

Kelvin earned his degree in Business Administration and Finance from Florida International University. He is married and the proud father of two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring nature and visiting national parks with his family.

Javier Aresti has 20 years of experience working in Wealth Management. In 2021 he joined UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Financial Advisor - Senior Vice President. His team “Delgado Group” it has 3 Financial Advisor and 4 Supporting Members with over 40 years of experience covering the Chile markets, based in Miami, Florida.

Before joining UBS Financial Services, Javier was for five years the Country Head of UBS AG Chile Representative Office based in Santiago. In addition to leading this office, Javier worked closely with the different teams of the bank that are constantly traveling to Chile to show the bank's capabilities mainly in Wealth Management to individuals and family offices and in Investment Banking and Asset Management to institutional prospects.

Before joining UBS in Chile, Javier was representative officer at HSBC in Santiago, Chile for five years. Prior to that he was a Client Advisor at UBS AG Private Bank in Miami, Florida for six years, where he covered the Southern Cone, after obtaining the due certification in Series 7 and 66.

Javier studied business administration in Chile and has a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Florida, USA.
Javier is married, with four children. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors riding bicycle, skiing or playing golf. He is passionate of flying airplanes and gliders.

Maribel Castillo has over four decades of experience in international banking and client service. She is a seasoned professional known for her precision, discretion, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Currently serving as a Team Administrator at UBS International in Coral Gables, FL to the Andes Group. Maribel plays a pivotal role in managing complex client operations, regulatory documentation, and high-value transactions across Latin America and the United States.

Her career spans a rich tapestry of roles in financial services, where she has consistently demonstrated expertise in compliance, account administration, and client onboarding. Maribel is deeply trusted by colleagues and clients alike.

Life: Married with two adult children and 5 grandchildren. In her spare she very active as a Youth Leader in church ministry for over 25 years.

Roger Ojopi is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS International, based in Coral Gables, Florida with over 20 years of experience. Within Andes Wealth Advisors group, he specializes in wealth strategy execution, client portfolio management, and operational coordination.

Roger earned his Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance from Florida International University in 2004. He began his career at UBS International the same year and has been a member of Andes Wealth Advisors since 2005. 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and attending concerts.

Andrea Delgado brings 14 years of experience in Private Wealth Management with a focus on Latin American markets. 

She joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate on the Andes Wealth Advisors team based in Coral Gables, Florida. Andes Wealth Advisors consists of three Financial Advisors and five supporting team members, collectively offering more than 40 years of experience covering the Chilean market.

Andrea began her career at Barclays Wealth Management in New York City, where she spent almost four years specializing in servicing clients across Latin America, particularly in Argentina and Mexico. She later joined JPMorgan Private Banking, continuing to build her expertise in high-net-worth client relationships across the Southern Cone.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Babson College, which laid the foundation for her career in global finance and client engagement.

Outside of work, Andrea is married and has a young daughter. She enjoys an active lifestyle including traveling, tennis, hiking, and snowboarding.

Ivis Hernandez is a seasoned financial services professional with over three decades of industry experience. Ivis began her career at Smith Barney, where she held various positions for more than 20 years, gaining extensive expertise in client service and operational excellence.

In 2009, Ivis joined UBS, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to client relationships. In 2012, she became part of the Andes Wealth Advisors group, where she continues to play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting clients with tailored financial solutions.

In her free time she loves taking cruises and spending her weekends in Key Largo boating.

Isabella Montalvan was born and raised in Nicaragua. She graduated with honors in May 2025 from Bentley University in Boston, Massachusetts, earning a bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics with a concentration in Finance.

Isabella began her career at UBS as a summer intern in 2024, quickly showcasing her commitment and talent for client service. While completing her studies, she continued to contribute part-time and transitioned to a full-time role in June 2025.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures—experiences that broaden her global perspective and enhance her ability to engage with clients.
