For the past 30 years, Heather has been helping clients navigate the financial markets. She has worked with both institutional and individual investors focusing on asset allocation & investment solutions. For 15 years her clients were international financial institutions which afforded her the opportunity to develop a keen understanding and appreciation of international financial markets. Today, Heather and her team provide comprehensive wealth management consulting that encompasses financial planning, retirement income planning and investment consulting to name a few.
Heather is as dedicated to family and community as she is to her clients. Although she is a US citizen, she is a native of the lovely island of Barbados. She is the mother of one adult son and a "Big Sister" to a 14 year old girl from Big Brothers Big Sisters who she has been mentoring for 4 years. She's an avid gardener, passionate about golf and serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern NJ.

As a partner and Senior Vice President within Alpha Legacy Wealth Management (ALWM), Gabe has worked tirelessly on delivering an approach with his clients that has built trust and relatability. His ability to connect with his clients through his own life’s experiences to help them navigate through their own has proven to be invaluable.
Entering the Financial Services industry amidst the financial crisis of 2008. From there, he drew on his background in client service, relationship management, and financial planning to help his client’s reach their financial goals.
Shortly before graduating from Monmouth University in 2008 with a B.S. in Finance, Gabe obtained his Series 7 and Series 63. These tools afforded Gabe the opportunity to join Merrill Lynch as a Registered Client Service Associate alongside Nancy Heiser, handling all of her client’s service and wealth management needs. A few short years later in 2013, he joined UBS Private Wealth Management as a Wealth Strategy Associate where he handled the financial planning needs of our Ultra High Net Worth clients.
In 2015, Gabe expanded his reach even further by taking over the Northern New Jersey Market as UBS’s Wealth Planning Analyst. In this role, he was able to obtain his Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Later on in 2017, Gabe would join Alice Anselmo and Heather Meade to create the AMC Wealth Consulting Group.
The culmination of all of these relationships resulted in the merger with Alpha Legacy Wealth Management in January 2019. Operating out of New York City and New Jersey, ALWM prides itself on its service model and the diversity it offers to its clients.

As a partner and Executive Director within Alpha Legacy Wealth Management (ALWM), Stephen brings his professional and personal experiences to the forefront of the relationships that he has with his clients. Stephen draws on his 15 years of experience of advising wealth management clients and coaching, consulting, and managing some of the largest financial advisory teams in the country.
Tara joined UBS in 2014 in the UBS Wealth Advice Center as a Financial Advisor. In 2017, she moved into the role of Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with UBS Private Wealth Management.
Prior to joining UBS, Tara held the position at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Solutions Advisor. Tara graduated from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
She holds the following financial industry certifications: FINRA Series 7, Series 66 and Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor designation.
Raichel Kerr recently joined the Alpha Legacy Wealth Management team as a Registered Client Service Associate. Raichel has eight years of experience in the financial services industry and prior to joining UBS she was a Senior Insurance Operations Specialist with National Securitas Corp. Raichel currently holds her series 7 license and is studying for the series 66 license. She is a graduate of Monmouth University with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance.
Kelly Nolan joined UBS as a Client Service Associate in November 2025, bringing a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building meaningful relationships. With a strong background in client services and people-focused solutions, Kelly is committed to helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Before joining UBS, Kelly worked in Human Resources and Recruiting at Publicis Groupe and Steinway & Sons, where Kelly developed expertise in talent engagement and organizational support—skills that translate seamlessly into creating personalized, client-centric solutions.
A proud graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in Communication Management, Kelly has lived and worked in Manhattan and Chicago before returning to her hometown of Middletown, NJ. Her diverse experiences and genuine dedication to helping people make Kelly a trusted partner for clients and colleagues alike.
