Jason is a Wealth Advisor, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ and Certified Investment Management Analyst™. Jason earned his CIMA designation from the Wharton Business School as part of the Investment Management Consultants Association. He has been with UBS for 16 years.

Jason has served on several non-profit boards, including the Woodland Park Zoo, Matanuska Telephone Association and Community Health Center of Snohomish County. He was President of the Greater Wasilla Chamber of Commerce where he earned awards for Business Person of the Year and Top 40 Under 40.

Jason and his wife of 25 years have three active boys. He likes to coach youth sports, hike, play guitar and cheer for Seattle sports teams with his family.

Chad received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and his Masters of Finance from the Boston University.  At the age of 19, Chad entered the financial services industry in 2005 under the tutelage of his now retired father, Buck Adams.  Together, they navigated clients through the 2008 credit crisis and Chad still employs the lessons learned from those early days of his career.  Chad’s clients include corporate investors, municipalities, and high net worth families.  Chad’s work and passion centers on portfolio construction, risk awareness, and investment management.

He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®™ Practitioner and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor®.

Stephanie is a Wealth Advisor and Certified Financial Planner™. Her background in wealth management services includes high net-worth planning, charitable giving and business retirement programs. She has lead investor workshops on employee stock options and investing for women.

Stephanie earned a B.A. in political science from Washington State University. Her passion for animals has lead her to help with fundraising for animal advocacy organizations. Stephanie lives in Magnolia with her husband and her pets and enjoys time spent at their second community in Sun Valley.

Olivia received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Alaska and her MS in Financial Planning from the University of Georgia. Since starting her career in Wealth Management in 2015 Olivia found her passion in working with clients in all stages of their financial journey. Olivia’s focus on the team is financial planning and portfolio management. She finds joy in helping clients find peace of mind by ensuring an in-depth understanding of their financial goals while leveraging investments as a tool to achieve what is important to them. As a lifelong Alaskan, she loves to get out and enjoy nature, whether it be hiking, biking, kayaking or camping. Olivia loves to spend her free time enjoying the great Alaskan midnight sun. Olivia is also involved in volunteer activities with different non-profits within the state and enjoys supporting causes that are important to her.

Owen is a Chartered Private Wealth Advisor™ and Certified Investment Management Analyst™. He has 34 years of experience as started at UBS November 1987. 

Owen has served on the board for Ronald McDonald House Charities and actively supports the Boys and Girls Club, as well as other organizations that strive to improve the lives of young people.

Owen splits time between Alaska, Arizona, and Oregon so he can enjoy his passion for the outdoors and share it with his wife and son.

Rachel earned her B. A. in Economics from the University of Washington in June 2018, joining UBS shortly thereafter. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ and is fully registered, holding the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses,  Rachel is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate focusing on developing client relationships, financial planning and account maintenance. Prior to joining UBS full time, Rachel spent a year as an intern with our team. In her free time, Rachel enjoys skiing, backpacking, and traveling to new countries.

Veliana graduated from Highline Community College with an Associate of Arts degree in Business. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience in multiple roles within the banking sector, which led her to join UBS as a Client Associate in May 2023. Veliana is currently pursuing her financial industry certifications to further expand her expertise and better serve clients.

Outside of work, Veliana loves spending time with her husband and daughter. They enjoy being outdoors—hiking, camping, and traveling the world together.

Born in Fountain Valley, California, and raised in the heart of Alaska, Lan brings a grounded work ethic and a people-first approach to everything he does. Before entering the world of finance, he served others in roles as varied as a nail technician at OMG Nails & Spa to patient registration at the Alaska Native Medical Center, where attention to detail and client experience mattered just as much as they do today.

After earning his degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage, Lan joined Janus Henderson, where he supported investors as both a phone representative and client services associate. Today, with nearly three years in the financial industry, Lan plays a key role on the Alpenglow Advisors team at UBS, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction with every interaction.

When he’s not working with clients or assisting at Allocated (his family’s business), you’ll find Lan spending quality time with his niece and nephew, proudly on “uncle duty,” or lending a hand wherever his family needs him.
