As a Managing Director and serving as the chief investment officer on a highly skilled team of advisors, Langston brings a critical eye to identifying the right opportunities for his discerning clients. He has built long-lasting relationships by advising clients through a wide range of liquidity, life and market events.
Since 2001, Langston has served in various roles with Goldman Sachs, Atlantic Trust and Credit Suisse before joining UBS in 2016. He began his career in equity research covering the oil and gas exploration industry with Rauscher, Pierce, Refsnes. Langston was a Sord Scholar at the University of Texas, where he earned his M.B.A. and received his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University.
Langston is a former member of both the Investment Advisory Committee for the Texas Tech University Endowment and the Board and Investment Advisory Committee for the Houston Museum of Natural Science. In addition, he previously served as Chairman of the Finance Committee for Bethel Church. Langston, his wife, Meredith, and their three children live in Houston.

Frank Hogan is a Managing Director with UBS Private Wealth Management in Houston where he provides wealth management and investment advice. Previous to UBS, Frank was an investment advisor with both Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs from 2004 through 2015. Frank began his professional career as an investment banker with First Union Securities, and later conducted equity research with Fayez Sarofim & Co.
Frank received his bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard University in 1997, and his MBA from the University of Texas in 2004.
Frank is a member of the Board of Trustees at St. John's School, a member of the Board of St. Vincent de Paul School, formerly the Advisory Board Chair of Breakthrough Houston, and a former Young Leader of the American Council on Germany. Frank and his wife Kelly are the proud parents of four boys, and Frank is a member of the Harvard Athletics Hall of Fame and former professional baseball pitcher.

Daryl Allen is a Managing Director with UBS Private Wealth Management in Houston, where he serves as an investment advisor. Prior to joining UBS, he was a Director with Credit Suisse Private Banking, as well as a senior relationship manager and wealth strategist with Atlantic Trust. Mr. Allen began his professional career as a senior accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick and later practiced law, specializing in probate, guardianship, estate and trust planning and administration, and income tax planning.
Mr. Allen is a member of a number of professional associations, including the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, the Houston Wealth Advisory Forum, and the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council. He currently is a member of the board of directors for Camp Aranzazu, a therapeutic recreational camp for children with special needs and lifethreatening illnesses.
Daryl received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southwestern in 1993 and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in 1998. He formerly served as President of the Association of Southwestern University Alumni and on Southwestern’s Board of Trustees. Daryl serves on Southwestern’s Board of Visitors and as a member of the Investment Committee for Southwestern’s permanent endowment.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Matt joined the team in 2013 at Credit Suisse prior to transitioning to UBS. He started his career on the premier client desk at Charles Schwab in Denver prior to moving to Scottrade in Houston. Matt has worked in the financial services industry in various capacities since graduating from Colorado State University in 2007.

Sandi started her career at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas State University with a degree in Finance in 2006. After Goldman, she helped her team transition to Credit Suisse in 2010, where she worked with the team until their move to UBS in November 2015. She previously served on the advisory board of Texas State University Economics and Finance Committee.

Austin graduated from Texas State University in 2017 with a degree in Finance. While in college, he worked on the Student Managed Investment Fund as an equity analyst. He worked at Spanish Oaks Golf Club from 2014 to 2017 and joined UBS in January 2018.
