As a co-founding member of The Cass and Wentz Wealth Management Group, Stephen works with both individuals and families to create customized portfolios tailored to achieve specific financial goals. Stephen began his career at Credit Suisse, working within their Fixed Income division in Interest Rate Products. During his time at CS, Stephen developed a strength in US Treasuries and interest rate swaps, which he leveraged to cover institutional investors ranging from hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds and central banks. He advised these investors to help create and implement an effective investment plan within fixed income markets.
After five years at Credit Suisse, Stephen joined UniCredit Bank to build their Fixed Income Sales and Trading team in New York City. With a focus on European fixed income, Stephen guided investors through overseas markets in government, investment grade, high yield and emerging market bonds.
Stephen earned a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University. He holds Series 7, 63, 65 and New York State Life and Health Insurance licenses. He lives in Manhattan and is an avid golfer competing locally in amateur golf tournaments.

Previously, Zandra held positions in Accounting and Human Resources. She has studied at Columbia Southern University and The American Institute of Banking, and currently resides in New York City. Zandra is a native New Yorker and fully enjoys city life, including the New York Philharmonic and Tango dancing.
