Alan leads the team's vision through his emphasize on asset allocation and total portfolio management with a focus on retirement income planning. He also helps with education funding, structures for charitable giving and estate planning. During his more than 20 year tenure in the industry the market has weathered several recessions, countless rallies and more than one market correction.  This continual cycle requires a disciplined approach to risk management. Alan utilizes professional money management along with individual laddered bond portfolios to try to accomplish diversification and protection.

Alan received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and went on to obtain the CPA. Alan is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP ®), Financial Planning Specialist and earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA ®) designation from The Wharton School of Business. Alan and his wife Amy live in Ramsey, NJ with their two boys, Adam and Andrew.  Alan enjoys spending time with his family, coaching baseball and golfing.

Joe is an Investment Associate with 28 years of experience in financial services.  Joe concentrates on Life Insurance, Long Term Care and annuities.  Joe is a frequent lecturer on retirement planning at various adult education centers for both individual and corporate participants. Joe holds the Series 7, 63 65, Health, Life and Variable Annuity.

Joe is married to Jodi and lives in Hampton, NJ.  Joe has 4 children: Christopher, Danielle, Jakob and Jada.  Joe enjoys spending time with his family, maintaining his 125 gallon salt water fish tank and fishing.

Anita has been in the Financial Services Industry for nearly thirty years.  She came to UBS in 2012.  Prior to joining UBS, Anita worked a Morgan Stanley for 24 years.  While at Morgan Stanley, she held numerous positions there.  Anita is a graduate of Berkeley College and holds a Bachelor's Degree.  Anita lives in Wayne, NJ with her husband and two sons.
