    Andy is a Private Wealth Advisor in UBS’s Private Wealth Management division. He joined UBS in 2017 after five years as the managing director of Finance and Operations at The Heller Group, a leading global art advisory firm. Prior to his time at The Heller Group, Andy spent nine years at Exis Capital, a global macro hedge fund, initially as a portfolio manager and then the last seven years as chief operating officer. He previously spent three years combined at Amgis Global Advisors, a long-short equity hedge fund, and Sigma Capital, a multi-strategy subsidiary of SAC Capital.

    Andy graduated with a B.S. in finance from the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He is a trustee of the Park Avenue Synagogue in New York City and the Development Chair of the Brown University/RISD Hillel Executive board. He serves on the board of PortfolioScience, a risk analytics and risk management software company. He formally served on the Thomson Reuters Customer Advisory Board and is part of the Cheval Blanc Club Owners Association, an LVMH property in St. Barth’s. He co-executive produced the Martin Scorsese documentary on the Grateful Dead, Long Strange Trip that was critically acclaimed and received a Grammy nomination for best Music Film in 2018. Andy and his family live in New York City.

      Jamie joined UBS in 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is currently a director and financial advisor in UBS’s Private Wealth Management division, where he focuses on asset allocation, investment strategy, and management of client portfolios. Prior to UBS, Jamie was a senior investment analyst in Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.B.A in Finance, and is also a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society New York. Jamie and his wife have two children and reside in West Palm Beach, FL.

            Jonathan is a Client Associate in UBS’s Private Wealth Management division where he focuses on account management and client service requests. He provides operational support for the team and works with clients to ensure their needs are fulfilled in a timely and diligent manner. Prior to UBS, Jonathan was a Virtual Engagement Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management division. Jonathan graduated with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Global Business from Rutgers University – New Brunswick. He currently holds the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.  Jonathan resides in New Jersey and enjoys spending his time trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

                  Matt Lasko is the founding member and leader of Flagship Financial, an elite advisory team with locations in California, Connecticut, Maine, Michigan and Texas. A Certified Financial Planner and nationally recognized specialist on corporate retirement plans, Matt is strategically positioned as the architect of the team's overall strategies for both affluent families and institutional clients.

                  Serving multiple verticals of business, every member of the team holds themselves to high standards of service and advice, which is why Flagship Financial is one of the fastest growing teams within UBS. Additionally, Matt pioneered a successful partnering business, creating a custom retirement plan solution for hedge funds and private equity firms. This dichotomy of service is rare in the industry and presents clients with unique opportunities for advice.

                  Matt previously served as Co-Chair of the UBS Senior Retirement Plan Consultant Committee and was a Principal Financial Group Elite Advisor Council member. Committed to providing relevant advice on the retirement plan market, Matt often speaks on panels and lectures on topics related to retirement and the 401(k) plans.

                  Having graduated from Tufts University, Matt now lives in New Canaan, CT with his wife and two children. In spare time Matt enjoys traveling, golf, fly fishing, contemporary art & theatre.

                  Munish Dhall

                  Financial Advisor

                  Munish Dhall is a Financial Advisor at UBS International in New York, focusing on global families requiring cross-regional coverage, often working in collaboration with colleagues in APAC and EMEA

                  Munish joined UBS Investment Banking in 1997. He was a member of the UBS Asset Management team that launched open fund architecture at UBS in 2000. His other past roles at UBS include Head of WM Business strategy, Zurich.

                  Since 2009, Munish has focused on the Family Office segment in senior roles across WM Zurich, Singapore and New York. He was responsible for setting up the Global Family Office (GFO) unit, launched in 2011. Subsequently, he led the growth of this business in South-East Asia as the head of the GFO team in Singapore from 2016-2018. He relocated to New York in 2018, where he was head of GFO US team till end 2022.

                  In between two stints at UBS, Munish worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co, London, from 2001-2005, where his work included strategic due diligence of European buy-out targets for leading global PE firms

                  Munish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

                  Caitlin is a Relationship Manager for the UBS Global Family & Institutional Wealth (GFIW) team in the Americas. She focuses on creating customized coverage models and delivering tailored solutions from across the firm to sophisticated Family Office clients. Prior to UBS, Caitlin spent 6 years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in a variety of investment and client coverage roles. Caitlin holds a B.A. from Harvard University and resides in New York City. She is FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed.

                  Advanced Planning/Family Office Solutions Group

                  David serves as a Senior Wealth Strategist in Private Wealth, splitting his time between New York and Stamford. David focuses on comprehensive strategies to assist UBS clients with their complex financial needs such as preservation, transfer and management of wealth. He serves as an internal resource for UBS clients on all issues related to tax, estate planning, philanthropy, family business succession and wealth planning.

                  After receiving a B.A. from Trinity College, David continued to earn a J.D. from Fordham Law School and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University.

                  Professional History

                  Prior to joining UBS, David worked at Wiggin and Dana where he was a partner in the Private Client Services Department focusing on the representation of wealthy individuals and families, along with business succession and charitable planning. Prior to Wiggin and Dana, he was a partner in the Private Clients Group at Cummings & Lockwood.

                  Affiliations

                  David is on the advisory boards of the Central Park Conservancy, the Fairfield County Community Foundation and AmeriCares, as well as a former member of the Estates and Gifts Committee of the New York City Bar.

                  Publications and Speeches

                  David has authored over one hundred articles on charitable, estate and tax planning and given several hundred lectures and webinars to lawyer and non-lawyer audiences throughout the United States. He serves as the Chairperson of the Family Business Committee for Trusts and Estates Magazine and was previously the Chairperson of the Charitable Giving Committee for Trusts and Estates Magazine for eight years. While practicing, he was listed in The Best Lawyers in America for two practice areas – Trusts and Estates and Charities/Non-Profits, as well as Connecticut Super Lawyers.
                • Scott Malone

                  Senior Tax Efficiency Planning Strategist

                  Introduction
                  Scott works with ultra-high net worth clients to help coordinate their income tax planning. Scott has expertise in federal, state, local, and cross-border income tax matters. He focuses on educating clients on the tax issues involved in business formation, financing, and exit planning, and in structuring investments both inside and outside of the U.S. Scott is also a Specialist for the Family Office Solutions (FOS) team which holistically serves $100 million+ clients and family offices in partnership with Private Wealth Advisors.

                  Prior to joining UBS, Scott was a practicing tax attorney in New York City, most recently as Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Previously, Scott was Of Counsel at Winston & Strawn LLP.

                  Scott received his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D., magna cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John’s Law Review. Scott received his L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Prior to joining UBS, He has had successful prior careers with The Private Bank at Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley Private Bank and Merrill Lynch.  His various roles included Private Banker, Regional Manager and Head of Business Development.  Michael has spent the bulk of his career partnering with Financial Advisors and their high-net-worth clients to provide lending solutions.
