Mario A. Rosas is a co-founding member of the Mosaic Investment Consulting Group located in San Diego, California. He began his banking career with Citibank, N.A. holding various relationship management positions in Manhattan, New York; San Francisco and San Diego, California; in the business segments of Agribusiness and Commodities, Domestic Corporate Banking, International Trade Finance, International Trading Company Activities and the International Private Bank. Over his business banking endeavors he has also spent several years with First Interstate Bank, Bank of America, and the last 18 years with UBS San Diego, California. Mario has extensive business and investment related experience with over 40 years in the financial services industry. Over the 18 years his primary duties include acting as a liaison at UBS in order to provide international clients access to onshore and offshore financial products and services in the areas of investments, lending, investment banking, life insurance, estate and patrimonial planning.

Doug Kincart is a co-founder of the Mosaic Investment Consulting Group, a specialized advisory team based in San Diego.  Doug graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in both Economics and Finance.  He also received his Masters degree from San Diego State University in Personal Financial and Tax Planning.  Doug began his professional career working in the International office of Merrill Lynch covering both corporate clients as well as leading the planning and investment needs of high net worth families based in the US and abroad.  Doug and his team moved their practice to UBS International in 2009.  Doug is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist, and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor.  With over 27 years of experience in the industry, Doug has deep experience with investment policy development, fiduciary governance, and investment committee procedural process management.

Doug was a previous advisory board member of UBS Retirement Plan Consulting Division that helps to guide policy and direction for the Firm’s Corporate Retirement firm-wide engagement.  Doug is a Senior Retirement Plan Specialist as designated by UBS, and as such makes use of the full resources of UBS platforms, global experience, and thought leadership to assist both corporate and family clients attain their unique goals.

Residing in Point Loma, CA with his wife and 3 children, Doug passionately supports the Challenged Athletes Foundation for over 12 years in their annual philanthropic efforts and participates in their triathlons and other multi day cycling events.  Passionate about competitive water skier Doug is a coach of the University of San Diego Water Ski team.

Carlos Robert graduated in 1988 from "Escuela Bancaria y Comercial" in Mexico City with a Degree in Business later completing his post-graduate studies from "IPADE" and "TEC de Monterrey". He has worked 35 years in areas of the banking and securities industries serving roles including northwest divisional Director of BBVA Bancomer Mexico, Priority Banking Manager for Union Bank in Coronado California and currently as Senior Vice President Wealth Management UBS International. Earlier this year,  Carlos Robert received the International Private Wealth Advisor designation and also actively participates as a member of the IAAC committee.

Carlos Robert has been married for 35 years and has two children. Carlos is passionate and a wine connoisseur currently serving the role of President of the International wine and food society of London Tijuana chapter. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and traveling.

Mario Antonio has worked at UBS for over 6 years. He began his career working as a Client Services Associate in 2018 in the International Wealth Management Division, working with primarily institutional clients. In 2020, Mario moved divisions and worked as a Financial Advisor at the UBS Wealth Advice Center, working with domestic clients on their wealth planning needs. In 2022, Mario moved to the San Diego International office to work as a Registered Client Services Associate, and in December 2023 was hired as a Financial Advisor within the International branch of UBS.
