Robert is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience working with various institutions and private clients.
Prior to moving to Houston, he was a product manager for the UBS Institutional Consulting Group in Weehawken, New Jersey working with 135 Institutional Consultants who managed over $45 billion in assets under management. At UBS, Robert has had the opportunity to serve a diverse range of private clients, including corporate executives, unions, non-profits, corporations, hospitals, and insurance companies. He holds a Masters in Finance from Baruch College in New York City, and has earned the Certified Investment Management Analysis (CIMA®) designation from Wharton.
Before pursuing his investment career, Robert served in the US Army and enlisted during Operation Desert Storm. He is actively involved in local charities and presently serves on several boards, including Houston Compensation and Benefits, Global Equity Organization, Investment & Wealth Ethics Committee, and three large institutions defined contribution advisory boards.
Improving the world around him is a core value for Josh, and he takes pride in helping people strive for a brighter financial future in his role as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. Josh specializes in retirement planning and financial wellness, with a focus on creating investor education programs that inspire participants to save for retirement. Josh places a premium on his work in analysis and reporting, making sure that information is clear and easily accessible for committee members to make informed decisions that result in high-quality retirement plans for the employees they serve.
Josh ended his baseball career at Panola College before transferring to The University of Texas at Austin and earning his bachelor’s degree in economics. He brings the team mindset from his years on the baseball diamond to his work at UBS, focusing on developing trust and strong collaborative relationships. He is also a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™, in addition to holding his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses from FINRA and General Lines Agent license from the Texas Department of Insurance.
Hannah brings exceptional energy, creativity, and attention to detail to every project, driving both client engagement and showcasing the team culture. Despite joining only two years ago, she has made a significant impact through her strong organizational skills, dedication, and consistent high-quality work across multiple business areas.
Her contributions have been particularly valuable in marketing initiatives and client events. From coordinating client gatherings to supporting educational seminars and internal programs, Hannah ensures every experience is thoughtful, well-organized, and aligned with our brand values.
Hannah is currently working toward her FINRA licensing and completing her college degree. With a long-term goal of becoming a Financial Advisor, she approaches every opportunity as a step toward that future, bringing curiosity, drive, and a strong work ethic to her development.
Logan is dedicated to enhancing the client experience and building lasting relationships, taking pride in supporting both clients and internal teams in his role as a Client Service Associate. He brings a strong academic foundation in finance and a commitment to accuracy, communication, and efficiency to the South Central Group. He double majored at Sam Houston State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance as well as in Banking and Financial Institutions.
Logan began his collegiate journey as a student-athlete, playing baseball at Texas Lutheran University before transferring to Sam Houston to complete his studies. His background in athletics instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and a team-oriented mindset that he now brings to his professional role.
At UBS, Logan supports the South Central Group by assisting with the operational and administrative needs of the team. He applies attention to detail, financial analysis skills, and a client-first approach to ensure high quality service delivery across all engagements.
Helping clients navigate their financial journey with care and confidence is at the heart of Ms. Love’s approach. As a Registered Client Service Associate with over 20 years of experience, she takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships and delivering a high level of service. She specializes in account administration, money and asset transfers, and operational efficiencies, and is often a primary point of contact for clients’ service-related needs.
Before joining UBS Financial Services in 2014, Ms. Love worked at Oppenheimer & Co. from 2005 to 2014. Graduating from Texas Tech University with her B.A.A in Marketing and Management, she began her financial services career as a Portfolio Account Analyst at Fayez Sarofim & Co., an institutional investment firm, where she gained a deep understanding of portfolio operations and client service.
Ms. Love brings a calm, solutions-oriented mindset to every client interaction, assisting with stock, bond, and mutual fund trades while ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. She holds the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and is a vital member of the South Central Group, known for her responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
Retirement Plan Sales
Lisa joined UBS in late 2021. In her current role, Lisa identifies and responds to new business opportunities by applying a consultative sales approach that is aligned to the key principles of strategic retirement plan management. From first meetings to plan implementation, Lisa proactively manages and anticipates the needs of new clients and prospects by providing support throughout the process. She also interfaces with internal partners to strengthen the overall client experience with UBS.
Prior to her current role, Lisa was a VP Retirement Plan Consultant for Stanley Benefit Services and Fund Direct Advisors. In addition, she has worked for such firms as MassMutual, Transamerica and John Hancock as a Retirement Plan Specialist applying her skillset in helping businesses with their retirement plan needs.
Lisa started her career working directly for a mutual fund company, Enterprise Group of Funds now owned by Goldman Sachs in the late 90’s. Here she focused on investments in addition to helping business owners set up retirement plans for their employees.
