Financial Advisor
Cory serves as a financial advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and family offices. He brings a deep understanding of global macroeconomic dynamics and asset allocation, applying these insights to the construction and management of diversified portfolios across equities, fixed income, hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, and cash management.
Cory and his team take a principles-based approach centered on Liquidity, Longevity, and Legacy. By aligning investment portfolios with each client's goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon, they seek to manage volatility and optimize risk-adjusted returns.
With a background in private equity and experience as a co-founder of an outdoor consumer products company, where he co-authored three issued patents, Cory brings an entrepreneurial perspective to client relationships. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), he advises business owners on the financial, personal, and operational considerations surrounding business transitions and liquidity events. Leveraging UBS's global resources, Cory and his team collaborate with specialists across the firm to help address estate and tax planning, lending, family office services, philanthropy through donor-advised funds, and investment banking needs.
Cory holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with general insurance licenses, and is a FINRA-registered General Securities Representative and Investment Adviser Representative. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
Cory, his wife Christina, and their two daughters reside in the Park Cities community of Dallas. Outside the office, the family enjoys spending time in the Roaring Fork Valley and throughout Texas. Cory also competes in events sanctioned by the National Cutting Horse Association and the American Quarter Horse Association.

Financial Advisor
Tyler Chiperfield is a Financial Advisor with CD Emerson Wealth Management at UBS, specializing in helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate financial complexity during periods of growth, transition, and opportunity.
He has a particular focus on liquidity events, concentrated stock positions, and other significant financial transitions that require thoughtful analysis and a long-term perspective. Working alongside UBS specialists across investment management, estate planning, lending, business succession, and philanthropy, Tyler helps clients develop coordinated strategies tailored to their financial goals and family priorities.
Tyler is one of only 42 advisors nationwide selected for UBS's Advancing Advisor Development Program, a highly selective initiative focused on advanced training, mentorship, and professional development. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is currently pursuing his CFP® certification through New York University.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Tyler remains active in the university's alumni community and supports New Friends New Life through its Men's Advocacy Group.
Outside the office, Tyler enjoys golf, hockey, and spending time on the water. When he's not working with clients, he can often be found offshore out of New York, fishing The Canyons in pursuit of trophy bluefin and yellowfin tuna.

Gretchen began her financial industry career in 1988 and has held roles in Banking, Trust Services, Compliance, and Financial Services. Prior to joining UBS in 2015, Gretchen spent the majority of her career at Citigroup and JPMorgan Securities. Her experience and robust knowledge of the financial industry (investing, trading, operations, and compliance) combined with her problem-solving skills makes her an integral part of our team and a trusted resource for our clients.
Gretchen holds Series 7, Series 9/10 and Series 66 licenses and earned a B.A. degree from Rutgers University. She resides in Northlake with her husband Gary. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time at the beach with her family.

Maria began her career in 2008 with JPMorgan Securities and joined UBS in 2015. Her primary focus is providing the best client experience by anticipating client needs, delivering solutions and assisting clients with the ongoing technology/security capabilities UBS offers to keep our clients & their assets protected. Maria provides strategic operational, marketing and administrative team support with the intent to strengthen the trust and relationship with our clients.
Maria holds Series 7 and 66 licenses and earned Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas. She lives in Southlake with her husband Peter, and their two boys Nico & Luca. Maria enjoys spending time with her family & friends, playing and coaching soccer, and her family’s annual trip to Cape May, NJ.
