    For more than 30 years, Glen Ringwall has been serving the financial needs of clients, earning the reputation as a trusted advisor who can guide them through the various stages of life. Serving a select circle of ultra-high-net-worth families, Glen and the 88 Peaks Advisory team are dedicated to the total customization of wealth management, tax minimization and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies.         Sidhdharth has over 34 years of experience in the Financial Services industry helping clients achieve their personal goals.  Serving in this capacity provided an opportunity to help people grow and preserve wealth to lead the lives they want for themselves and their families.  As a Private Wealth Advisor at UBS, Sidhdharth has completed rigorous training and earned accreditation in a range of sophisticated wealth management strategies and techniques to help clients manage risks and maximize potential opportunities.  These certifications include CFP®, CIMA® and CRPC®.  Prior to that, he attended the University of Michigan and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

         

        Giving back to the community has always been a priority.  Sidhdharth is a recent member of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, past-President of Orchard Lake Country Club, recent Chairman of the Board of Governors and current Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Cranbrook Educational Community.

         

        Sidhdharth and his wife of 24 years, Lipsa, live in Bloomfield Hills with their three daughters (Surina, Resha and Milani).  Outside of work, you can find Sidhdharth travelling, scuba diving, skiing and golfing.

                          Joan is a Senior Registered Associate and she joined UBS Financial Services in November of 2019.  Joan is an integral part of the seven member investment team 88 Peaks Advisory.  This investment team has tremendous strengths that stem from each member’s diverse and complimentary backgrounds in financial management.  Joan adds value to the client experience through her ability to anticipate client needs, her sound decision-making skills and her commitment to exceptional client service. 

                           

                          Joan has a unique blend of experience from her 22 years working in the financial industry.  Previous to UBS Financial Services, Joan held client facing administrative roles at Morgan Stanley including being a Complex Risk Officer for the Michigan and Florida markets.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Joan gained investment and bank experience at JPMorgan Chase Private Client Services.

                           

                          Joan maintains securities licenses 3,7, 9, 10, 63, 65 and she also carries a life, accident and health license.  She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Davenport University and is an active member of the community through her involvement with the American Red Cross and Gleaners Food Bank.  Joan likes to relax by playing with her dog, Jasper; tending to her vegetable garden; and playing golf.

                                  Erin has worked in the financial industry since 2007 and joined UBS in 2014.  Prior to joining to UBS, she worked for a company providing transition support for financial advisors throughout the country.  She specialized in managing and organizing these complex transitions.  Erin focuses on excellent client service as well as creating a positive experience for each and every client.

                                   

                                  As part of our team, Erin is responsible for managing all the daily operations and client support.  Among other responsibilities, this includes promptly and accurately responding to clients' ongoing requests, managing all account administration, transferring assets, and onboarding new clients.  She enjoys attending sporting events, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
