Jordan Gersch is the founder and Portfolio Manager of The 12 Under Wealth Advisors Team at UBS Financial Services Inc. He specializes in providing ultra-high net worth clients with tailored financial solutions, working with executives on concentrated stock strategies with an emphasis on 10b5-1 sales plans, and pre-IPO stock. Jordan has extensive knowledge managing multigenerational wealth through financial planning and customized investment portfolios. He has broad experience working with clients to monetize, hedge, and diversify out of concentrated and restricted equity positions.

Prior to joining UBS in 2022, Jordan was a Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley for 10 years, and prior to that was at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. He began his financial services career at Montgomery Securities in 1998 with the Investment Management Consulting group, where he first began working with advisors to help their clients execute diversified asset allocations.

Jordan graduated from Colgate University. He currently resides in Tiburon with his wife Jamie and 3 children, Sam, Noah, and Abby. He enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, and skiing in his free time.

Matthew (Matt) Simi joined UBS in 2020 and has been a financial advisor for over 30 years. He honed his skills in the early 1990s at the West Coast Investment Bank, Hambrecht and Quist (H&Q) and was one of the first advisors they hired when they decided to expand their retail brokerage team.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked with Executives and High Net Worth Families in the Technology and Life Science Industries, partnering with many notable companies including Verisign, Affiliated Computer Services and Gilead Sciences. He has extensive experience helping clients meet their financial goals and making their financial lives easier by taking responsibility for their overall portfolio management.

Born and raised in Northern California, Matt graduated from the U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business with an emphasis in Economics and Marketing. On scholarship, he played four years of collegiate soccer and was Co-Captain of the team. Although he no longer plays soccer, he is an avid golfer. Matt currently resides in Alamo, CA with his wife Linda. They spend their weekends cooking together and hiking all over the Bay Area.

Kim Le is a Senior Registered Client Service Associate with over 18 years of experience managing high net worth client relationships, trading, administrative and operational services. She joined UBS Financial Services in 2022 from Morgan Stanley where she was in a similar role as a Portfolio Associate. 

Kim earned her B.S. in International Business from San Francisco State University. She currently holds the Series 7, 66 and 31 registrations and insurance licensed. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as baking, hiking, and practicing yoga.

Chloe Bui is a Client Service Associate who joined the team in 2023. Previously, Chloe was a 2022 UBS summer intern, where she began to build her skills in operational work and client service.

Chloe graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2023 with a B.A. in Communication and an emphasis in Exercise & Sports Studies. She currently holds the Series 7 and 66 registration.

As a Northern California native, Chloe loves to explore new food spots in San Francisco, experiment with baking recipes, and spend time with her 3 Mini Australian Shepherds.
